Why does that matter when it was on it's way to hit him. He literally didn't slow down on his way to Naruto.
That still doesn't ignore the fact that despite having 3T, Naruto caught his chidori. That means either Sasuke couldn't preocg the grab or Sasuke was too slow to react.
Either way, he intercepted that shit.

Naruto didn't grab Sasuke's hand mid stroke like Itachi did in part 1, he grabbed it after it had already penetrated him so that Sasuke doesn't pull out his arm and give the real Naruto an opportunity to hit Sasuke.
Grabing somone by the hand after he had already stabbed through 2 other individuals and still getting stabbed yourself isn't somthing to be called a feat.
He didn't intercept anything, as a matter of fact Naruto was lucky Sasuke killed 3/4 of his targets and non of them was the real one.

It's the same reason Naruto needs BSM to match Sasuke's natural speed and why Hashi and Naruto need to use high level Sage Mode to match the natural chakra of Indra transmigrants.
And based on your logic, even with more potent chakra Indra transmigrant always got their asses kicked by Ashura's overall. Then they need Ashura transmigrants DNA to reach higher and resort to stealing lol. Both Indra and Ashura's transmigrants have equally potent chakra but they grant different set of abilities. And Hago confirmed that.

That's base Naruto + his kage bunshins which was already said long ago that Naruto needed to fight 3 tomoe Sasuke. Base vs base pure taijutsu(no Sharingan) they're on par.

How is it bullshit when Sasuke's base chakra is the same chakra that powers his Rinnegan
It's amazing how much Naruto fans ignore manga facts, Sasuke travelled from one statue to the next while Naruto wasn't even able to move one meter, that alone should tell you Naruto doesn't have the reaction time let alone the speed to match Sasuke without Kurama's chakra at the very least
If Sasuke was a fast as you claim he should have blitz Naruto, but he didn't. So that means he's not that fast. Remember Sasuke goal was to kill Naruto and he failed. Why couldn't Sasuke blitz Naruto? Simple, Naruto was holding back. Just like he was most of their battle.
Don't talk to me about ignoring manga facts when you are talking about adult Sasuke yet you ignore adult Naruto speed feats. Adult base mode Naruto has proven to be very fast. I already posted scenes from the gaiden and Bolt manga to support my claim.
Before Sasuke attacked Naruto's clones with his chidori he needed a shurikens to create an opening. If he was able to blitz Naruto's clones like you claim then he wouldn't have needed to use the shurikens -

Never said he wasn't fast, just not as fast as Sasuke, because he was shown to match Adult Naruto with both RSM and Full Kurama chakra mode.
It doesn't matter when they blocked them not to mention that Sasuke was also on the floor and had to get up first, before he blitzed 3 clones at once, which is a lucky thing for Naruto that Sasuke hit all the clones, except the real one.

Sasuke was using himself as a distraction on that scan you posted so Boruto can land a hit.
Again, as shown in the movie, Sasuke was equal to RSM Naruto with full Kurama chakra mode, base Naruto is fast sure, but he's nowhere near Sasuke.

Kishi said he made that movie,that means it's automatically canon.
You know it's a sad case when these faps have no choice but chose some adaptation that kishi is "separated from" over what he orignaly made to make themselves feel better about a fictional character.
