Madara first thought him being not full healed (which depowered him) was the reason why Naruto was capable of doing what he did but then he realised that even if he isnt fully healed, Naruto shouldnt be capable of doing what he did so he deduced that Naruto has got stronger. That doesnt change the fact that Madara was physically depowered at that time.
"Depowered" him? Not really, it's not like he was missing any limbs or anything at that time. He didn't get to finish healing the side of his chest, which shouldn't damper his speed & reflexes at all. Madara wasn't even in pain either.
That's what he first thought, but it wasn't the case as naruto got stronger because of rikudou power. Madara didn't know about naruto's powerup at first. You act like madara said something like " am i being pushed this far because i haven't finished healing and naruto suddenly got stronger?" which obviously wasn't said. I'm sure this will just go back and forth, so i'm done talking about this. Besides, we're getting sidetracked here. I do think madara can win if he has access to PS, six paths,etc.
