The only difference between them and 7 is that instead of ninjutsu focused it's taijutsu.

It's not matter of choosing it's a matter of facts. Team Gai which mainly excel in Taijutsu knows teamwork better than Team Kakashi who were the most dysfunctional and Convoluted squad members in the history of Naruto.

No, It's a matter of delusional nostalgic nonsense :lol just because they both have taijutsu =/= teamwork. you talk about team kakashi as being the dysfunctional yet last I checked rock lee literally used the 5th gate technique that could've easily had killed neji (and himself) just because he was butthurt that he was inferior to him. let's be real, that's no different than the rasenxchidori clash but even then atleast team 7's technique stalemated and kakashi did not intend sasuke to use his weapon against his fellow teammate unlike gai.

- Sasuke always hated Nawuto, both were never friend to begin with instead they have been squabbling with each other and fighting each other out of dislike. After Sasuke left the village, he even goes so far to go after Naruto throat, and attempted to kill sakura 3 times.
- Sakura always B Slapped Naruto with her obsession with Sasuke, and she is so useless doesn't do jack shit.

These three squad members I listed happen constantly overtime, face it they never associate well together even when Naruto preaches about teamwork, Sakura just blantly charged in toward Madara and gets stomped, Naruto and Sasuke has to save her or when Naruto ignores Sasuke strategy in charged in straight forward.

I'm going to assume this fanfic teamwork of gai's squad takes place in shippuden but anyone with atleast 1% brain cells knows that was only accomplished because neji found his resolves from the truth of his father. meanwhile w/ sasuke it took chapter 394 for him to find his resolves but only for it to get corrupted by obito but even then, in the war arc EMS sasuke had no issues w/ teamwork and even to some extent enjoyed it.

Without Sakura and her abilities her Naruto would've been another failed Ashura reincarnate due to his death, Sasuke would've been trapped in a desert wasteland and Kaguya wouldn't have been sealed but again she's their teammate so it's nothing special.

As I said Sakura is alive because of her teammates saving her. What little she did by the end of the manga wouldn't have been possible without her being saved in the first place and maybe her teammates wouldn't have needed saving if she were capable of fighting and added to her team's teamwork.

As I said the protagonist outcome would've easily have been the the opposite hadn't Sakura been a 1 of members of Team 7, the thing about team work is that it revolves around contribution. Sure she contributed more during part 2 then she did in part 1 but never the less she's contributed to her team and not in a little or in small but instead way a big way. Sakura stepped up and delivered when her teammates and the world she needed most and those are facts you can't deny. If Sakura didn't "save" her teammates when they needed it the most there wouldn't be a moving plot.

Anyway back on topic: team work is dream work!

I disagree, Ino–Shika–Chō has the best chemistry and have stronger feats that display teamwork, an example would be them sealing kinkaku.

And when someone talks about Sakura's contribution its the same few manga scans and the same excuse over and over again from a manga that spanned more than 700 chapters. Its hilarious really lol.
So just because she finally contributed a bit which pales in comparison to the other contribution of the other MCs, we should forget about how she was useless and waste of manga panels almost throughout the rest of the manga. One more thing her fans should remember is that she's an MC and her feats will always compared against the other MCs and they're mediocre at best.
So bringing out a few more scans isn't going to change a thing.
