Inb4 "she's a Sakura fodder" low the trolling or leave cause Kishi already stated she has Sasuke's talent.

Sarada will definitely possess katon affinity because of her lineage, but I think Kishi refrained from giving her a tech she should be able to use by now because he intends on making her power development more parallel to Naruto while Boruto is more parallel to Sasuke.
Boruto learned element jutsu at an early age like Sasuke, and he will most likely be taught lightning jutsu by Sasuke. So it's highly likely that Sarada will develop her chakra nature later on like Naruto, and be taught fuuton techs by Naruto.
Learning from each other's parents would sort of create a competition of "who can learn the better techs from each other's fathers", it might create a sense of rivalry between them similar to what part 1 Naruto and Sasuke had. It would also maintain rivalry between SB and NB which is good for the author. :lol
Anyways having wind affinity makes sense because the element would enhance all her fire techniques to a level that could potentially surpass the previous generation of Uchiha. (manga theme is "previous generation surpasses the next")
What's interesting is Kishi made her to be a skilled shuriken user and coincidentally Naruto's signature jutsu is a shuriken. Author might have been hinting at something :bdpf:
Learning Naruto's jutsu and being able to apply both wind and fire to it would essentially fit the theme of "next generation surpassing the previous one" because that would be a feat neither her father nor the Hokage were capable of before the Rikudou power-up
If Sarada is a late bloomer that drastically improves in a short time like Naruto :
> Learns Katon and Fuuton
> Learns Katon/Fuuton RS
> Awakens MS
> Learns Enton RS
> Learns Enton/Fuuton RS = surpassed Sasuke's use of Katon and Naruto's use of RS
Sarada's feat would represent Uchiha talent combined with Naruto's hard work, this could've possibly been a foreshadowing by Kishi.
P.S : This is just a theory NOT a fact
