If you mean sasuke with the MS level he fought them in cannon then it depends, If Raikage is enraged or not and if danzo has KA at the start of the fight instead of towards the end.

Plot, Killer bee is every bit as fast as Raikage. That didn't stop Sasuke from putting him under genjutsu only 8 tailes saved him.
