All three are apart of a legendary trio. All three failed to live up to their hype.
Orochimaru escaped Totsuka. So much for "all eternity"
Yata Mirror couldn't negate Chibaku Tensei. So much for "all reflecting shield"
Kusanagi couldn't pierce V2 Narutos cloak. So much for "cutting through anything"
But Kusanagi is still better overall.
Cutting Power: Kusanagi wins. It can hurt Enma who = diamond hard. Totsuka pierced two flesh, which kunai can do so for all we know Kusanagi has more cutting power especially since it can increase its weight making the force behind the swing much greater tenfold.
Range: Kusanagi wins. It can extended miles.
Effects: Kusanagi wins. It can turn into a snake. Extend its length. Increase its weight. Shoot at high speed. Detract. Controlled telepathically. Totsuka has one effect, sealing/genjutsu on hit.
Portability: Kusanagi wins. Unless you have a boss summon, megazord, or an Akimichi, you can't wield Totsuka and Yata because they're too big. Kusanagi can be carried like a normal sword and even shrink its size so that it fits in your stomach.
Durability: Kusanagi wins. Tsunade couldn't break Kusanagi. Yata Mirror best feat is paper bombs so no telling if Tsunade shanaroo strength would bust it.
