Stats don't determine the winner of a battle, though.
Sarada can't dodge Mitsuki's blitz, she nor anyone else can beat him. She's definitely not on his level, not even close.
Shinki's only viable feat is outsmarting Metal Lee. Other than a few metal-sand manupilation points, he really hasn't shown anything spectacular yet - In regards to high leveled ninjutsu, we don't know how to rank him.
Same with Mitsuki. Both Shikidai and Sarada are pretty well rounded, however, she lacks long ranged tools; Her Shuriken-Jutsu isn't going to catch a Genius off-guard, and she fights in CQC.
Shikidai's wide-ranged shadow ability pretty much can capture multiple people on the field, no one really has a chance unless they can stop him through a surprise attack.
He's way too versatile. He'd beat her as well.
Most of the feats are on strict barely any feats to argue with basis. Logically, most of these characters should be stronger based on: common sense. However the lack of feats sustains the lack of feats.
I don't necessarily argue with Sasuke's daughter being able to lose against Shikamaru's, for example, but she really has no way to stop him. Boruto too, until he learned the Rasengan.
Kind of sad but that's just how it is for now until the next arc starts.
