-Attacked kages
-Assassinated the standing Hokage
-Then attempted to kill konoha shinobi (who used to be allies)

Sasuke's acts were beyond both moral and legal pardon!!!!

I guess the argument is that he didn't do it to benefit Konoha, which is why people are saying he should go to jail.

But comparing Sasuke to Orochimaru or Kabuto is a joke. Everyone he killed, bar those fodder-Samurai, were villains.

Other than his revolution phase, he wasn't willing to take lives for no reason.
