What is your most unexpected plot twist in naruto?

Mine is Minato having bijju mode it caught me off guard i NEVER EXPECTED IT

No one, literally no one, saw this coming, and its execution was so perfect too, unlike the Black Zetsu twist that kinda came out as an asspull with how he dispatched Madara.

yeah , I mean who would've expected that Pain was just a tool , for a tool (Obito) for a tool (Madara) for a tool (Zetsu)

Naruto wasn't huge on it's dramatic plot-twists. It'd lightly pepper the truth slowly with it's mysteries than making a scene out of them. Like Minato being Naruto's Dad, Tobi's identity, Kabuto's final coffin etc.

The big plot-twist still IS Obito as the Masked Man, whether you liked it or not it was HUGE news and was a huge year for Naruto.

My most "whaaat?" moment was actually Juubi's final form. I mean, sure, it did have plant-like features to begin with but I definitely didn't expect a tree.

Tobi not being Madara was obvious, think about it, if Tobi was Madara why did he wear a mask? We already knew how Madara looked in the flashbacks with Hashirama, so it made no sense unless Tobi was someone else which he was.

Tobi is an obvious pun on Obito, I don't get how people was surprised at the revelation.

Well, I'm willing to debate that it really depends on what your meaning of biggest is. If by biggest you mean the one that was build up the most, then yeah, there is no contest there, its Tobito. For me though, biggest means the most gamechanging one, and that for me is no doubt the reveal that the mysterious yet insanely hyped Madara Uchiha is not only alive, but he was disguised as a bumbling idiot. Well, that was not the full story, but at the time, it was a massive revelation.

I agree but kakashi didnt warp Diedara's arm. He warped only his elbow.

The scene where tobi is revealed to be the true leader of akatsuki ofc. Still gives me chills even today.

Unlike that BZ scene when you saw that twist it seemed logical. In a minute you connected the dots by thinking ¨Oh yeah, that makes sense, he is akatsuki, they wont accept him just because he was an idiot, on the top of that he weared a mask. Why wear a mask if it doesnt imply some kind of a mystery other than him being an idiot?¨

The other logical one would be that hes actually not tobi and the reveal of Madara. There we all thought ¨Yet again ofc it makes sense, if he claims to be Madara why wear the mask?¨

The one that revealed that hes Obito also seemed logical but it wasnt the same as the other two twist. Its just that Obito´s death and maybe age wasnt that good. I dont know something missed, even without the Rin thing.

Dont get me wrong tho its not that i hate Obito or something its just that it could have been done better.

In short good revelation is that one which makes perfect sense giving us hints that are connected between each other in a logical way before the big twist. And also being well hidden from the viewers attention but yet memorable enough in order to pop up in his brain during the time of the revelation.
