Teh nswer is : it was Evil....he actually did something good when he helped Naruto stop Kaguya till it turned out that he only did it for his own benefit .

so teh last thing sasuke did was betraying his own village again and trying to kill Naruto and the 5 Kages...

2nd hokage purposely allowed human experimentation in the village. In fact, he started it(This is why Orc said he is his favorite Hokage). It was the 3rd hokage that ban it.

sasuke did very good things to his community :

1-killed konoha bitter enemy : ORO

2-killed a konoha traitor : danzo

3-got rid of some akatsuki dangerous members : deidara

4- he and itachi canceled edotensei

5-hlped stop mugen tsukoyomi and defeat kaguya

6-he revived 5 previous hokages and gave naruto a chance to meet his father...

I'll bring manga evidences once you bring some to prove what Sasuke did or tried to do is "evil". From the sage of six paths' point of view, Hago saw it as "Sasuke is fighting for what he truly believe is right". SO therefore, you can't say any of Sasuke's actions are truly "evil".

Evil is subjective. To other villages Tobirama was evil and reviving their loved ones. To Konoha, he was a genius who saved thousands of lives due to not needing real soldiers to wipe out the battlefield.

Edo tensei was intended to use prisoners and send them back to their village so the enemies will drop their guards and be killed by their love ones who is being controled by the 2nd hokage. That shit is the devil act right there! Worse than evil itself!
