There are people who watch just one or two episode from a anime (One Piece, Hunter X Hunter) but they said that doesn't like it because of the first episode...... but they are watch AMV on Youtube at anime like Fairy Tail, Claymore and said it seems to be a great anime, I am going to watch it.

Hunter X Hunter is the best that you can get (I am mean anime series from 2011), yes Fairy Tail is a garbage but One Piece is alot better.
The only reason for why people hate it is because the "art" but the story-line is amazing, new stuff always, not plot holes but yeah very poor at the character development.
Claymore? Yeah don't ask about it.

True. Same with videogames. If we have to invest like 10 hours into something before it might start to be impressive or enjoyable, then it simply isn't good and not worth the effort. Then it's better to move on to something else that is enjoyable since the start.
