The possibility of PS Raikeri

Do you think DMS Kakashi can use PS Raikeri!?
I mean there was indication that hand jutsus like Rasengan and Chidori can be used through PS or Kuarma Avatar,Minato used rasengan with his BM Avatar the first time he manifested it and BM Naruto shared him this Rasengan, Sasuke used Chidori with his PS aswell , Naruto even used Rasen Shurukin when his Avatar got enough number of arms.

Okey i am talking about that version of kakashi who has obito transmigrated into him. I obviously not asking if obito-less kakashi can use PS raikeri or not.
