That wouldn't explain how her punches didn't just go through his chakra punches and straight to him.

That would mean Naruto chakra fists have more density/resistance than that of susanoo seeing how susanoo died in a single hit.

Jinchuuriki aren't affected by Juken because they're not only using their own chakra, he was able to resist her punches because of that but even then the sheer power of her punches overwhelmed him.

They can take a single one. PS would have below moderate damage, and SS would have moderate damage.
