Yes, the anime follows the manga well and is overall a great adaptation. A lot of effort put into the anime.

Best anime/manga...Have fun. You won't have to worry about adaptation and I would say it's the best adaptation I've seen. They do skip some scenes here and there but it's insignificant or just a missed meme.
Series is divided into parts so once you caught up with the anime then just read from part 5. (Anime covered the first 4 parts atm). Part 5 anime should be announced sometime this year.
