Her intelligence was above the Level of a genin.
While she was fooled thousands of times, she was still able to accomplish a lot of good feats regarding her battle smartness.

I'd say she was at the Level of a chunin.

I was referring to battle intelligence lol, she doesn't have the fighting brains of Itachi or Sasuke or even Neji who taught himself Hyuga techs. She kept resorting to raw power instead of efficiency

Reason Neji was able to find the real Naruto was because of his instinct, he predicted Naruto shielding himself from all the bodies, Byakugan isn't able to tell the difference between shadow clone and real person.

She didn't have the byakugan activated when they snuck in, she didn't have it active for even 1/4th of the fight

If she was using byakugan they'd be ****ed.

Byakugan and Juken so OP that Kishi made her forget how to use those abilities
