no am suggesting his is quite weaker in comparison to madara's. By rinnegan susano i meant rikudo buffed susano. Since sasuke forms it with rinnegan as he stated himself.

Because we dont khow how strong Adult EMS Sasuke is without rikudo chakra and we cant know that.I would say they are about same level. Kurama would give Madara victory without any doubt.

Well the version of sasuke i meant was teen EMS sasuke, without rikudou chakra, sasuke needed rikudou chakra to use a PS, and he also needed years to make it as big as madara, so without rikudou chakra, what makes you think his susano would be stronger?
