If Sasuke were to shunshin to base naruto, could naruto intercept & block it or would naruto be blitz'd? This is their adult versions btw.

I'm assuming you mean Momo
No he only got a powerup in Chapter 8 after fusing with Kinshiki.. He then blitzed the Gokage, Naruto reacted to him a number of times before going RSM and overpowering him.
After that he didn't get any powerup but he reacted to Sasuke's Ameno in Chapter 9
Meaning if Base Naruto is battle ready, it's possible for him to react to Sasuke's speed blitz

Honestly, i still have a bit of a hard time figuring out when shunshin is used or not. I usually assume it's when the person suddenly appears from one place to another? I do know momo was several feet away from naruto before naruto blocked his strike in the next panel. So, wouldn't that be shunshin?

Not gonna lie, I'm not sure either, sometimes they make a big deal when they use shunshin and then sometimes they don't even mention it. Maybe theres a certain jap character that designates that it was used?

OP simply said people argued that Naruto could react to Sasuke and you bring in NaruHina and Hinata.. Thought you were better than Femme..

In any case, many people (including me) have presented reasons why Base Naruto clearly should be capable of reacting to Sasuke's speed. So how's that's crazy shit?

Well, even if he wasn't. Naruto's feat speaks for itself. I honestly do think he could block a blow of Sasuke's on his base.

Obviously if it was a base fight though, Sasuke would wreck, but that's just because the nature of his powerup doesn't requier him to enter a mode.
