Naruto is probably the best and the worst Fuuton element user. Naruto is the best Fuuton user since he was able to master Fuuton element to the highest level along with fusing it to create a new technique called Rasenshuriken, which is above S rank.

Naruto is the worst Fuuton user due to only using Fuuton for Rasenshuriken and nothing else, Naruto saw he can use Fuuton in weapon yet never done it.

Naruto never used Fuuton on his clones or try to use Fuuton on his fist, to make his punch stronger.

Basically Naruto Fuuton is limited to just Rasengan and Rasenshuriken along with the variations.

Naruto has potential to learn so many jutsu, but potential is wasted. Naruto method to learn jutsu is with shadow clones.

Naruto used Fuuton on a weapon with Asuma, yet never used it in battle.

In my opinion this is a stupid thing to nerf, allowing Naruto to have more Fuuton jutsu along with using Fuuton in weapons and clones would make Naruto look cooler.

no it's not...naruto's affinity is wind style but that does not mean his entire arsenal needs to be wind style jutsu
