You can't just say "no" and not back up your argument.

10000 Feeding Snakes gets swarmed by C1 and blown up.
Manda and other summons get targeted by C2 and eradicated. (Deidara's bombs took out the 3 Tails and flipped an island)
Mines can be set by a clay clone and then Deidara starts pounding him with C2, forcing him to use Oral Rebirth until he tires.
C4 is a convenient oneshot.
C3 would destroy any snake summons and probably wipe Oro off the face of the map.
