2. Orochimaru. Has survival counter-measures for every Uchiha that manages to off him, and then some.

3. Killer Bee. 'Survived' Bijuu extraction against Taka, Madara AND Momoshiki. Always manages to survive his fake-out deaths no matter how unrealistic they may be. Also saved often be it Hokage or his brother from Kisame.

4. Gaara. Came out w/ no scratches from Gated Lee, revived by Chiyo and saved from the brink of death by Oro/Tsunade.

5. Shikamaru. Asuma saved him from his suicidal diversion against Sound Ninja. Team 10's arrival scared off Kakazu & Hidan. He was brought back to life from being attacked by the God Tree and was saved by Temari against Tayuya.

Plot simply won't let these characters escape life. Any others? ​

He doesn't have survival counters, Itachi paralyzed him with genjutsu and could've finished him off right there

This isn't the VS section. This is talking unkillable from a narrative perspective, characters that survive a lot of cop-outs.
