Yea his arm which is a Zetsu arm. He doesn't have Hashirama's DNA inside of him like every other user does.

Actually... Naruto's arm is made by "Lord Hashirama's cells" if we are going by the ViZ Translation of the manga. So yes, he does posses Hashirama's DNA. However, how well it in integrated into his body is not know.

Actually.. The official Databook states that Preta Path, which Sasuke has proven that he can use has the ability to "suck away every jutsu". The specific portion of the Databook that is interesting to note is the;

Every Jutsu, regardless of its chakra properties, is sucked away and rendered ineffective.

Essentially meaning that if a Rinnegan user can see an chakra based attack coming, then that attack is utterly and completely useless and will only aim to refill the Rinnegan user's own chakra pool. On top of that, we know that Sasuke is able to absorb and use Senjutsu without any problems. Hence, Senjutsu would also be in-effective on him. (Where as it was effective on Pain as Nagato didn't know how to control it.) That meaning, even a almost drained out Sasuke could rival a fully rested Naruto if the battle was purely about chakra based attacks.

Meaning a fight between the two would bottle down to how well Naruto can survive against Sasuke's attacks, and how well Naruto can plan his attacks and use Taijutsu properly. Which as we've seen, has been enough to render the two as 100% equals.

From that DNA he implanted it into himself, and used it to grow Zetsu faster. Hence, the amount he implanted into himself was even less than that clump of meat. That little was enough to make Madara capable enough with Mokuton to use Hashirama's signature moves such as Wood Dragon.

Edo Madara was modified by Kabuto. That's why he wanted to test his Mokuton out after being revived as an Edo. Zetsu are previous IT victims. They weren't exactly grown..they were extracted by the Gedo. If anything, Hashirama's cells were used to amplify them the same way Yamato was used to do so. Similarities between Hashirama's DNA and the Shinju could be noted since Guruguru is "made of Hashi cells" but dissapeared when the Kaguya was defeated. It's more like Hashi is the one who's cells have a connection to the Shinju.
