Anyway.. Nah team 7 is perfect the way Kishi created it. Sakura's abilities complement Naruto's & Sasukes, plus her being the strongest kunoichi of her generation grants her the membership.

Hinata can't hang.

Hinata would've been a much better choice for Team 7. And if she was trained by Tsunade then CES, byakugou combined with the Byakugan techniques would've made a much more interesting character than the fodder we had to deal with throughout the manga.
Besides strong or not she tries to save her friends instead of sitting on her ass and calling for help all the time. So her personality is also much better than Pinky, not to mention she wouldn't end up marrying a guy who tried to kill her many times.

Hinata would be better off reclaiming her tittle as the leader of her clan, surpassing Neji or even becoming a Jonin rather then placing her on a team that's to advance for her and that she can't keep up with (even with a Byakugan).

It be different sines Hinata fight from the beginning to the end in the Manga and in part I Sakura only fought in the Chunin exams. It went till part II that Sakura is shown fighting. And being expose to Naruto that much possibilities was High of NaruHina starting early in life sines Hinata's confidence would have grown faster.

She would've still received patchy and insulting character development chapters like Sakura. The series would be slightly better & more concise but Kishimoto still can't write female leads. Shippuden Hinata with the maturity & strength of 'The Last' Hinata would be great.

Also god, could you imagine the uncomfortable love triangle Kishi insists on? Gross. I'd prefer a different writer handled the female lead and that that lead would be Tenten. Awesome support ninja, fun personality and above petty love triangles. It could be a team of mutual respect with slight romantic interest hinted when things get tough.

The main character would have an annoying crush on Naruto instead of Sasuke, but not as bad as SS, since Naruto would be oblivious in a goofy way towards her feelings, but would never havê a terribly negative development.

Sakura would be a secondary character mirroring the actual Hinata, that is much better. She would be an Ino kind of character that Naruto has a crush but later turn his good friend like all other Konoha 11.

Maybe SS could benefit from Sakura being a secondary character. Just maybe.

Sasuke would respect her in a polite way in part 1, and would be more or less indifferent towards her in most part 2, and she would be sad towards Sasuke mostly because it makes Naruto sad.

There would be more background towards the Hyuugas.

Hinata has better abilities. She woudn't be the stronger of all, but would be more interesting see her getting more fights as a main character.

This. The show would've been infinitely better. Sakura was more of dead weight than help.

Then Hinata would've been much stronger as well and would've learned every medical tech with absolute ease, making Sakura look like a joke.

Finally you have her connection with Kaguya, which would've made the fight much more sense.

Part 1 Hinata had more skills than Part 1 Sakura, Sakura never trained or learned any jutsu. The only thing Sakura knew was substitute jutsu and breaking genjutsu nothing else.

Sakura didn't bother training even though Sasuke suggested to use her time to train not obbess over him, which Sakura ignores.

It took Sasuke leaving village and Naruto almost dying for Sakura to train.
