Your favorite genre? Action, fantasy, supernatural, thriller, (shounen). Why else would you be so stubborn and miserable? And i said before that mushishi is only suited to those who are worthy enough grasp it's concept. Your naive intuition was clearly to unable to see that.

Praised? That irregular list means death/nothing to me. That's insignificant when in relation to this anime because alot of "boring people" have watched the same anime as you do, or like 100 more and still perfectly enjoyed mushishi. You lack patience anyhow, i'm sure your that type to quit in third episode because of the anime's slowpacing.

very alot better than One piece of shit
How very supportive of you. :coffee:

It's soooooo boring!

I forced myself to watch one piece and it was worth it so, i don't usually drop anime that fast.

I watched 90% of these:

probably the worst anime i've seen: wasn't boring it was just *facepalm*

That's why your not worthy, a incompetent fool who can't embrace the beauty of it's unique theme.

nothing unique about that boring anime.

If it was so good and unique i would like it.

I like most anime, even if they don't make my top 50.
Nothing unique? It's because your a incompetent child, do i have to simplify my text for your's sake?

you probably never watched one piece.
And you quit as soon mushishi begun, it's quality over quantity.

And OP's animation is just repulsive to begin with, i can't find a more wretched piece of anime than that.

Toei sucks. The only good in house talent they have is Shida, which doesn't work on One Piece that often. He mainly works on Precure...so yeah One Piece animation is garbage for the most part and the episodes are paced atrociously.

I think most OP fans can agree the anime is garbage/subpar.

^ Speaking to both sides of this ongoing debate, OP definitely has awful animation most of the time (just like all long-running series), but the world is massive and the story gripping. The creativity of the author is staggering even a few dozen arcs into the halfway done plotline.

Mushishi is a thinkers' anime that a straightforward action junkie wouldn't enjoy. And depending on the episode you watch, it encompasses all the genres you brought up as favorites, so clearly the storytelling and the in-universe lore just aren't to your tastes. Both have their flaws at times, but too many people (critics included) appreciate both for either to actually be bad.

OT: Black Lagoon is anime for action junkies. Violence and language throughout with great characters, an interesting world and decent animation. The dub is second only to Cowboy Bebop's and it has to be seen that way (most of the characters are described as English-speaking, anyway).

Kenshin is pretty dated visually, but up to the Kyoto arc it's really good (I wouldn't bother with the anime-original arcs). Be sure to watch the four episode prequel, too.

Mushishi is a masterpiece. The basic gist is that these supernatural "mushi" exist alongside flora and fauna, but only animals and certain people can sense them. The "mushishi" protagonist Ginko travels around helping people solve problems relating to mushi. It's 48 episodes in total (all the manga content has been animated by this point) and it's completely episodic, but the lore of the series makes the separate stories completely unique. The visuals are gorgeous (even if the actual animation is limited in certain episodes) and the soundtrack is an absolutely beautiful backdrop to what's happening onscreen. Every frame could easily be captured and presented as a painting. An absolute work of art, man. I put it at least in my Top 4.

yapping about a "thinker's" anime, like you're suggesting if you don't like that shit anime You're not a "thinker".

The only reason i watched that crappy anime was because it was listed in my recommendation as an anime i would enjoy (due to the anime i usually watch and enjoy).

NEW-FLASH it SUCKED.

If you think Ergo Proxy was primarily about romance..... well there is no hope for you lol.

I can legitimately say that you are the FIRST person to claim Mushishi is bad though, you can not like it but its one of those things you still know to be a masterpiece.

because it's artsy doesn't mean it's a masterpiece.

You're the type of guy who looks at a poorly drawn mona lisa and call it a "masterpiece"

and judging by how your sentence is structured you don't enjoy mushishit either.

(****ing hypocrite)

And ergo proxy is listed as a romance anime, take that up with it's producers for listing it as such.

I guess I bought the box set of a series I hate huh? Mushishi is animation at its finest and does everything this damn genre is supposed to do and does it right lol your low-minded self can be bored by it sure but saying its bad just goes to show how incredibly terrible taste you must have, like seriously some of the worst taste of all time.

No where is Ergo Proxy listed as romance lol idk what anime you watched but again this proves that you really don't know how to judge anime so its no wonder you think Mushishi is "bad".

Well, as I said, the entire anime is episodic, so you're gonna have episodes you love and others you can't stand. I'm no different. Obviously the first few however many episodes you watched didn't suit your tastes. And again, the stories encompass nearly all genres, so seek out episodes that suit your preferences and try again. I'll gladly conjure up a list.

Dont bother lol all should make you feel something while watching whether its wonder, beauty or pure emotion lol this dude clearly doesn't have the capacity for that.
