Don't get me wrong Hinata is one of the characters I like, but I wonder why Hinata became a ninja. I mean sure Hinata knows Taijutsu and is strong along with a Byakugan but Hinata doesn't seem like someone who enjoys killing like say Zabuza.
If Hinata didn't join the Academy, I'm sure Hiashi would quickly make sure Hinata recieved some kind punishment. The Hyuuga are a prideful clan after all.Don't get me wrong Hinata is one of the characters I like, but I wonder why Hinata became a ninja. As clan heiress it was probably a must for her.
Bonus was she got to be closer to the person she was obsessed with
::wut: But she was never clan heiress....Unless you mean before Hiashi disowned her of that title. She was the Hyūga heiress so she needed to be one.
If I understand the dialogue between Kurenai and Hiashi correctly, her being given over to be a ninja was her being casted away by the main branch of the family.....seems like the true heir is privately taught by the head of the main family and engages in diplomatic missions (ie.- Hanabi and Hiashi were away on a diplomatic mission during the Pein attack...).....she became a ninja bc there was no other place for her in the Hyuga clan....can't lead the main branch and she's hated by the side branch.Don't get me wrong Hinata is one of the characters I like, but I wonder why Hinata became a ninja.
