SH's are going to be a cut above the rest.

Zoro would normally be in FM range but he will be in yonkou captain range instead and likewise Sanji who would normally be in 3rd strongest range would become FM range.

Unless of course you mean Scopper is around Yonkou FM level.

They've never had equal feats because feats don't mean your stronger then someone else. Fact sanji had better feats then zoro pre timeskip zoro didn't have feats that could compare to sanji's does that mean sanji was stronger then zoro pre timeskip no so why would that apply now.

Well it's quite simple really pre timeskip

sanji fights oars who is 3x bigger then a giant and flips him completely over with one kick.

Sanji deflected oar's stretched out Gomu Gomu bazooka with a single attack.

Sanji kicks a massive chain from a island size ship around oars with one leg.

So I've laid my cards on the table now it's very simple you show me zoro feats pre timeskip that are better then those 3 then your feats argument will finally carry weight. But you won't be able to so like I previously stated they would stalemate one another.
