No it ain't. It's never stated in the manga that using the Nine tails chakra or any bijuu chakra to be a jutsu. Go read the manga properly fapboy. If you were so confident in the fanfic you're spouting you'd have brought proof but haven't, typical fapboy behaviour.
And one again a Naruto fan with poor comprehension of the manga.. Good day.

You said there are far better users and yet none of them have ever been compared to Hagoromo. Kurama was never amazed by the feats of other Rinnegan users.

But Sasuke's use of dojutsu is was so exceptional Kurama was reminded of the Sage. Are you telling me Nagato is better than Hagoromo ? That's like saying Kakashi is better than Indra at using Sharingan, foh with that hater logic
except that was not my logic...sasuke rinnegan was still new so he could not absorb ninjutsu while casting his own jutsu for example...he was held back by ****ing limitations fool...nagato and madara were not...especially nagato who wielded the rinnegan flawlessly thru years of experience (which sasuke did not have)...that is my logic and you would have to be a 1 IQ moron to spin this in another one of your retarded ways

It could have been anything, the bijuudama comes to mind, and again this is including Jiraiya, Naruto and everyone else that felt that power called it Nine tails chakra and not Nine tails Jutsu.
"that jutsu" was clearly a specific thing so no it wasn't just anything.

So Minato created the key to Naruto's seal for the sole purpose of Naruto mastering Bijuu dama :lol. The manga says no.

Naruto didn't know what bijuu dama was until KB told him about it.

But he has an idea of what "that jutsu" is based on his reply "I know" and the emotional response (sad face) which implies he is aware of what he's dealing with.

I'll say it again "that jutsu" referred to the Kyuubi's power and there's no other option. Yeah it's strange to call it a jutsu but it's what the author has clearly implied it to be so just go with it.

That jutsu is the seal that Minato left for Naruto to complete. Minato intended for Naruto to gain control of the kyubi and seal him using the improved sealing formula. Its not using kyubi's chakra cause Naruto has been using kyubi's chakra already. But there was a limit to what Naruto could use without loosing control. Minato had originally intended for Naruto to fully control Kurama's power and expected that Naruto would improve upon the sealing technique that he left. And that is the so called that jutsu.

Lol, and when was using Kurama's chakra considered a jutsu. Based on that logic Danzo, Obito and Madara used Hashi's chakra to control the sharingan or rinnegan or boost their abilities. Is that a jutsu too? I'd love to know its name from the manga.
Ofc, not surprised that a dumb sausage fap came up with the idea. Now when I'll ask for proof they'll just disappear like always.

I said it might be the bijuudama that they're talking about (Guess I was wrong). Again Kurama's Chakra is just that Chakra. When jiraiya is talking about it he calls it chakra, when it's Naruto he calls it chakra, when it's anyone else they call it chakra. You and the other guy are just assuming Jiraiya is calling the Kyuubi's chakra a Jutsu. He always calls it the Nine tails chakra and so does everyone else.

Edit: AniCetuS has given you the answer to what "The Jutsu" is and it wasn't Kurama's chakra.

Finally an honest answer. Since when was Chakra considered a Jutsu. Watch them bring up the Rasengan argument :lmao:.
