Saito was walking down the middle of the main road of the village closet to his castle. Saito enjoyed the peace but at the same time, growing up as a warrior, he would still become well acquainted with boredom, since he missed the excitement of swords clashing, sparks flying, and blood splattering.

The seasons sure changed quite often...but not here. The Land of Iron; a place bedridden with blankets of snow. If it was not snow then the everlasting chill and depressing clouds that lingered over the lands. The shuffling of metal echo the peaceful district as an individual carrying an umbrella covering her face walked through the main streets. She stopped for a moment taking out a picture from her sleeve - looking into other directions wondering if she will encounter him. The case of Infinite One Swords caught the attention of many people, some scurrying away to hide while others simply watched in awe. Nakiri didn’t care what they think of her considering she once ruled this land with an iron fist.
“It’s sad to see the hands of this once feared nation has fallen over my departure.”
She contemplated on the situation at hand, but her attention was shadowed over by the appearance of a samurai. She looked at the photo once more; the target was in her sight but she remained calm. Her personal katana, Sakura no Ki - a blade that was inspired by the Shodaime Shogun herself. The sword’s blade was gleamed with a silver bright color as it was infused with the power of Ani as well.
She stopped mid ranged away - the cold chill in the area caused what was left of the crowd to flee as her bloodlust began to seep into the cold morning air. She took out one of the swords from her case with her right hand, having the tip of the blade aimed towards the male. She would speak to him right afterwards;
“Saito Hajime...I know you.”
She said, preparing for his response.
Saito noticed that the once busy street, full of the life of the citizens of the village had all vanished while the sense of fear and confusion had replaced the ambience. From the call of his name, Saito turned to the feminine voice calling to him, before he was able to gaze at the face responsible. It was the one that stood before him as shogun of The land of Iron, Nakiri-sama herself!
For a moment he was struck with disbelief but excitement quickly came over him. Saito remembered her strength, her reign, and her tenacity! She was one to be feared which would explain the disappearance of the citizens. Saito respectfully bowed to greet her, while showing his gratitude for appearing before him. He wanted to show the peace that has been bestowed upon The Land of Iron due to his rule as acting Shogun. He only hoped that it was enough to satisfy his predecessor.
Yondaime Shogun-sama! It is my honor to meet with you in this setting. I hope that you wouldnt mind sparring with me for a moment of your time. This longstanding Peace that I have bestowed upon this land since you have left has been quite boring to be frank with you. With my Guards watching me every waking moment, I have no way to keep my blade sharpened thru battle of a worthy opponent. Hence the reason why I request your presence.
In unison with the Dialogue, Saito placed his right hand on the scabbard of the katana hanging off his right hip in his way to prepare for battle.

“You are quite the polite one...nonetheless,I’ve come back for what is mine. As you said it yourself, this land has grown too peaceful over your reign. The Shogunate are cowards...hmph. ”
She said to him as he greeted her, she was flattered by his respect but it still annoyed her. How can this man be so oblivious to the outside world. Nakiri lowered her sword and simply resheathed it into the scabbard located in her case. She also dropped her umbrella as the high winds took it away. She removed the case that was flung over her shoulders and tossed it into the sky. The blades would fall from inside the case and land all in random locations, she specifically threw it so no blades would come to harm her nor the current successor.
“Before this...spar begins I’d like to let you know one thing. This kingdom of ours will fall...we need to rebuild our forces and start to conquer the shinobi. The age of neutrality needs to come to an end Saito-san. Bushido is dead!”
She pronounced violently into the air taking the grip of two swords near her. Nakiri would step forward towards Saito running onto top of the handles of the blades stuck into the ground as she reached into a short range distance. She would lead her attack with her right sword, aiming to slash in a horizontal path towards Saito’s neck. Should her blade connect , the next step would be a downward slash with her left handed sword to cut down his center performing a Men strike to his head.
“I will lead us now.”
Saito was amazed at what came out the mouth of Nakiri but at the same time there was some truth to it. For the longest the Land of Iron relied on the shogun to protect the land but the shogun was all the land of Iron had. If there were more than one trying to overtake the land of Iron, There would be difficulty even for Saito. Our Forces needed to be built up. But the aggressive method's that Nakiri spoke of was something that Saito didnt agree with. It went against his Bushido. He had to speak on it but before he could utter a word, Nakiri quickly approached him with a right lateral slash to the neck, to Saito it would be his left. In response to it, he utilized his chakra throughout his body allowing him to gained more than enough speed to lean back out of range out of the path of travel to simply avoid the sword.
So this is a clash of wills, is it? I do see your point In building a military force that is fact, but that should be done only to defend the land, not cause war with other nations it will do nothing but put our Citizens in danger. If that is what you will lead us to then I will have to stop you!

Description: Over the years, Samurai had often practiced Iaidō based on the understanding that it is an almost ritualistic form of combat, born from practices that strive to impart the morals of a classical warrior such as building a spiritually harmonious being possessed of high intellect, sensitivity, and resolute will. While this is correct, the root teachings of the art were lost over time; in truth, the purpose of Iai is founded on the principle of being in the psychological state of the present and responding to an attack before striking with speed. Thus, Zen no Idō reintroduces this concept into modern day Iaidoka. This is a skill that is taught to masters of the art who have completed all forms of Iai training and who have maximized their reflexes in regards to drawing and re-sheathing the sword. In essence, after training to increase their proficiency in applying rapid and sudden movements while performing iaijutsu, it allows the Iaidoka to inherently evade incoming techniques within reason while simultaneously executing any Iaidō techniques they use. By fueling more chakra into their movements during the ritual of Iaidō, they can move in any direction at a slightly increased speed (x2, equal to that of Leg Weight speed) prior to or during the use of Iaidō. The limitations are that they may only use this speed to travel in any direction within five meters of their original position, and once the Iaidō technique is complete or stopped, Zen no Idō immediately ceases.

Next was a falling slash coming from overhead and with a ready left hand, Saito quickdraw his blade in a rising vertical swing to deflect the sword back upward over Nakiri's head. In unison with the rising quickdraw slash Saito channel wind chakra thru the blade allowing him to release the wind in the form of a vacuum affect bringing Nakiri closer to him. With Nakiri left shoulder left unguarded, Saito immediately counterattacked with a falling diagonal slash from left to right to cut the left shoulder.

Quite impressive, but not good enough.As the second clash is met - Nakiri would allowing for the blade to be reeled back and using the one next attack to her advanatage. She used the pulling motion of the wind chakra to pull towards the immediate slash but what would appear to her taking the hit was actually fake as she instantly side stepped towards her other side of the sword but rather than appearing within his quarters she would simply zip past him in the motion and appear behind of him.
All in one motion however she would slash up to twelve swords, passing her chakra into all of them at once. The blades would become levitated from her chakra and begin to spiral around her as if they are dancing of some sort. She remained there patiently wondering what her successor will do new. She replied to him;
“I see you have some new tricks; but that alone won’t allow you to conquer the strongest Shogun to have ever walked this icy , barren land of ours. Now dance like there is no tomorrow.”
She insisted him with hand gestures to attack her, smiling as the twelve swords continued to spin around her and with the previous two tightly gripped in her palms.
Your Mugen Itto-ryu is on par with Keotsu. He is the only one that i know that can manipulate multiple swords at once and isn't a ninja. But now you can, or you always have and kept it hidden for a while. Either way, I'm just going to have to find a way to overcome it.
Saito responds to the taunting Nakiri, by quickly approaching Nakiri in unison with channeling chakra thru his blade before making a vertical swing of his katana to release a chakra cresent at Nakiri. As the cresent travels, Saito continues behind in unison with sheathing his sword, taking the Iado ready stance so as to strike while defending against the chakra cresent

Nakiri smiled at the response she had gotten; yes she had never shown the power of the Infinite One Sword Style as often as she wanted but this was the perfected chance. As she noticed him releasing the blade of chakra towards her - she command three of her blades that spiralled around her to move into the front of her. Three to be exact - the swords began to spin in a rapid motion as a barrier of chakra was made clashing with the blade - protecting Nakiri from the attack but at the same time charging her lightning chakra into the swords the released forward a storm of lightning that should he keep approaching her would shock him quite a bit.
Nakiri began more on her assault as the three swords dropped due to needing a cool down - she used three more of her swords the spiralled around her, using the one in her hands as she flanked towards her right side(his left) - approaching into much closer distance hitting three of the swords to fly towards the man each one stabbing into his body - she watched from the distance as he would frantically attempt to stop the swords from hitting him. Due to her technique being active she didn't need to step up the previous motion of the attack.

In response to the storm of lightning quickly approaching Saito as he was closing the distance between him and Nakiri, Saito quickly focused chakra to the soles of his feet as he push off the ground to leap high in the air to avoid the storm of lightning, preventing it from doing harm to him. As he begins to descend towards Nakiri he Invokes the Samurai Sabre technique causing his Katana to glow blue as he begin to rapidly Spin. Saito notices the 3 swords shooting towards him, with his blade he skillfully uses the rotational momentum of his rapid spins to deflect the swords out of the way before coming down on the opponent leaving multiple slashes on the body if it connects.
(Kenjutsu: Hayai Nokogiri) - Sword Arts: Graceful Saw
