Kinshiki

Do you think Kinshiki have a sha/rinnegan on his forehead? He had that same type of forehead covering that Madara had when he was awakening his Sharinnegan.

On another note seeing how absorbing the juubi/tree turnt Madara and Obito into highly similar looking creatures as the ootsusuki. Perhaps ootsusuki looked a lot different before they discovered juubi trees. I imagine something like the halfbreeds. Still pale creatures but not so ogre-ish

He didn't have Kaguya's dojutsu because

1. He ate a different fruit

2. Fruit had way less power

3. Kaguya has stronger genes

Kaguya had only a byakugan (and some special powers) before she ate from the fruit , and Momokishi had only a Byakugan before he ate ............well kinshiki , and if you look at kinshiki here

the Otsutsuki is still a mysterious clan (probably because they are aliens ) I hope they'll tell us more about them and the Hyuga in the future , and I really , really hope that they will not add another Uchiha villain

Well he was stated to have a rinnegan in the databook so i guess so.

It does state he can absorb jutsu, but that doesn't mean he has rinnegan.

That probably has to do with you know, the otsutsuki being aliens. Makes sense that they gain some of kaguya's traits, when they have her power within them.
