Momoshiki is only a threat because he has a hax ability. Kaguya wasn't endowed with ninja intellect or taijutsu skill to counter it so to her he was unfathomably powerful. In terms of literal power Momo doesn't compare to Kaguya.

Naruto and Sasuke being that fast and powerful in taijutsu alone was merely the animation style and choreography, honestly. They didn't get a huge boost in power.

I'd love to know why Kaguya was so afraid of Momo. Kishi should have covered that in detail cuz the Momoshiki we see in Boruto is nowhere close to Kaguya.
Naruto and Sasuke couldn't kill her while Momo was obliterated with Naruto's chakra powered Rasengan.
