I still haven't read Looking For Alaska. I have the book downloaded. I heard that it's really good. Gotta give it a try.

You should. John Green writes beautifully, and he doesn't publish anything that won't have an effect on the reader

But you can still read and enjoy it nonetheless. You'll find the plot may be good but the characters shine just as bright. You may like The Colonel. If you've read Harry Potter he's like an amplified version of Ron but smarter.

And if you ever liked pranks in High School and girls that had the guts to kiss you out of the blue, then this might be the one book you must read before you die

Didn't really feel emotion towards them, but The Fault In Our Stars was arguably better.
