Before everybody jump on Naruto's nuts....Remember this...

Chakra = Spiritual Energy(no limit to increasing your spirutal energy via training) + Phyisical Energy(Always will have a limit..even after Training for years in the gym)......In other word, Your Chakra will be limited to the amount of Phyisical energy you got.

Also.....for Ki, I said human. So don't think about super saiyan and shit. However, with perfect Ki control, you could reach new heights. Also, do not forget about the Kaio ken ability!

Chakra's not limited.

It's training/enduring that increases physical energy, and experience/meditation that increases spiritual energy. Just look at Kakashi, he could barely use Kamui twice at the start of Shippuden, but with all the experience and trials he went through during that 1-2 year period, he was able to more than triple that limit whilst using other chakra taxing techniques.

Ki has the most raw power I'd think, but in this reality, what's the point? I'd pick chakra for its ability to be vastly increased and its sheer versatility (just think of all the known jutsu and how much spread they have) as long as I'd have access to knowledge of hand seals and the like.

If not, then I choose ki.

Charka might as well but i wouldnt want to learn hand signs and i wouldnt want to have to do that before every ability

With nen comes mad abilities, theres almost no limit. I take nen first, haki second.

Nen, cause it's busted af. Nen has Ken, Gyo, which are basically observation haki and armament haki respectively, transmutation which is similar to nature release, conjuration which is similar to summoning, manipulation which is similar to genjutsu, emission which is similar to ki and ki blasts, and then there's all the broken abilities specialist have.

You are limited to two aura types, but two is enough.

Chakra is limited. As I said, you can train in the gym or whatever to increase your physical energy, but at the end of day, There is a limit to your physical energy no matter what kind of training you did to increase it. In other words, After your prime, when you start to grow old, your physical energy start to decease.

On top fo that, Not everybody born with the same physical energy limit. some people are blessed with more physical energy like the senji and uzumaki clan.

So depends on your genetic, you might have large or small limit cap on your Physical energy.

Kakashi is still young in part 2. He even said it in the first 3 episodes. So he still had room to grow at the time.

I would go with ki to increase my overall strength and speed, then only use Chakra for jutsu. But i think I can achive the same result with nen though.

Physical Energy still plays a major role in Chakra. Unless you're born or can achieve a godly Physical energy pool, your Chakra pool will always be limited.

I'm aware of what I'm saying, and here you're supporting my statement that even someone as human as Master Roshi can destroy a moon that other abilities dream of. Makes Ki the perfect option. Of course, intense training makes a human being could match even gods of other universes. Since the world of Dragon Ball (ridiculously) doesn't limit humans, turning them to gods levels is OK. Destroying planet? How about destroying a galaxy next time by human in Dragon Ball universe? Just when?

You can have more than one with nen also with chakra you can only create abilities to a certain extent before you have to get outside help(Bijuu, sage chakra, etc.). Were as with nen the number of abilities and how they function are limited by your imagination.
