No, i just simply recognize a brilliant fight when i see one. a fight that encompassed several facets of what ninjas are, rather than who can blow up the biggest shit which became the hallmark of the war arc.

Author told us Sasuke has no chakra yet he summoned a giant snake. Deidara's statement was also never corrected in the aftermath, leaving this unresolved. Thus, plot hole.

That's false though. It was never said Sasuke was out of chakra. Diedara just assumed Sasuke was because he couldn't stand after using Chidori nagashi. Which Sasuke retracted and said his body was like that because he used Chidori on himself to stop the bombs. He was never "out" of chakra.
