This is explicitly the reason Kishimoto introduced the concept of "compatibility with elements" to begin with. Those with "compatibility" are tailored to using and mastering these elements a lot easier compared to other elements where they lack compatibility.

Being predisposed with greater fast-twitch muscle fibers wouldn't mean I'd be the best sprinter in the world, but I certainly have a much higher shot than someone predominant in slow-twitch muscle fibers. The same concept is applicable here.

Dispersing chakra within the feet is not in an Uchiha's genes, so I'm not sure how trivializing Sasuke's Chakra Control is relevant here.

Yes, Sakura excels in different aspects of chakra control than Sasuke does. This is normal. Not everyone is some omnipotent being who excels in everything unless you're Hagoromo or Itachi. :bdpf:

Sakura has Yin and Yang, she has genjutsu affinity and healing talent

And element affinity is genetic. All Uchiha are naturally good at using genjutsu because Yin is Indra's main affinity. It's just some Uchiha have more potent chakra therefore stronger jutsu.

She does apparently, though some are unused.

Sakura was better at chakra control because from the start she had to manage her smaller reserves. However Sasuke and Naruto didn't have to refine it to throw jutsu because they had chakra to waste.
