Sasuke is from the Uchiha clan. He used to watch Itachi train. Probably even watched other uchiha train too. So why on God's earth, Sasuke couldn't walk on water or up the tree in part one. But just know how to use a fire ball jutsu?

As an uchiha, he should've been on another level from the start and know all the basic already in part 1.

Beside his Godly Chakra control in part 2, I just don't see any reason for Sasuke to be hailed as a gifted shinobi.

So...we don't even let Sasuke have this moment of weakness and learning now?

Wow the base sure hates Sasuke having depth or developing as a character huh.

I mean, Sasuke did learn a lot, while dealing with emotional trauma. That says a lot about his capacity to learn. You can argue he'd be even stronger if his parents were never killed.

:lol So because someone is gifted means they don't have to train or learn how to control their large reserves easier.

He was gifted but he was just terrible on other stuff at fist, including chakra control

Because utilizing chakra in such a fashion isn't natural.

Sasuke was still considered a genius though. Haku, Kakashi, Gai, and Lee have all praised Sasuke for his prodigious nature.

It is weird that he could make a decent sized Karon but something as simple as wall walking proved to be challenging. Sakura grasped it easily.

Mastery over Katon is in his genes while tree climbing is not.

Because he is an Uchiha, his chakra is special and more potent. Due to being Indra's reincarnate, his chakra is even more special and naturally larger than what an average Uchiha's would be.

Sakura barely had much chakra at that time, making it much easier to control. Naruto's chakra was so massive that it was almost completely impossible for him to master the tree-walking exercise, it's all about whether you're able to control the amount given to you.

This is also true. Sakura had less chakra, therefore, less chakra to control. That's not to say she wasn't more gifted in chakra control than the others because she most certainly was, but Naruto and Sasuke simply excelled in different areas than Sakura did.

How is that genetic? Attaining the element is in his gene but that doesn't make you have mastery over it.

Same reason why the Uchiha are attuned to using Yin Release at its upmost level. It definitely is in their genes and that's a given considering it's in Sasuke's ancestry.

Genetic elemental release =/= proficiency.

Sakura has no elements and managed to run up trees. Naruto's a ****ing moron and managed to tie with Sasuke.

Okay and he can still grasp Katon and Yin Release significantly easier than tree climbing. I'm not sure how that's difficult to understand. This is explicitly the reason Kishimoto introduced the concept of "compatibility with elements" to begin with. Those with "compatibility" are tailored to using and mastering these elements a lot easier compared to other elements where they lack compatibility.

Being predisposed with greater fast-twitch muscle fibers wouldn't mean I'd be the best sprinter in the world, but I certainly have a much higher shot than someone predominant in slow-twitch muscle fibers. The same concept is applicable here.
