Gaara's best feat, from what I recall, is that at teh beginning of pt.2 he was already able to lift enough sand to shield the village from clay explosions, back when he was still a jinchuriki. Since I'm not sure how much Shukaku's chakra helped, I'd say he could probably replicate the feat in his adult form, at least.
