It was 10 Tails Obito and Madara Uchiha that stopped their formations from being successful. Keep Shikaku safe and they take it down just as easily as they did before, with Tobi on top of it.

Madara told Obito that he wanted to test the jyubi's power, he never went all out on the alliance and purposely had half the alliance killed just to prove a point. There plan was to take out the caster to stop the jyubi and that failed. And if Hinata was doing so well, Neji wouldn't of sacrifice himself to save Hinata from saving Naruto.

They watch the shinobi alliance try over and over again, yet they failed to take out the jyubi. The jyubi's power was the most destructive power in the series and killed more people on panel than anyone else I know.
How is controlling 6 biju better than fight 10 tails against SA with Shikaku/maru-organised? Tobi is a sensor and he can just blow up the HQ like he did the last time, there's nothing the SA can do to stop that nuke unless you have kakashi to stop 2 of the many. It's just delaying the inevitable. Even Kurama said that the biju stands no chance against the 10 tails so having those biju paths are way weaker than the jyubi itself.
I just want to know what chance you think Tobi can get the jyubi without the help of kabuto. If he doesn't stand a chance to achieve the jyubi without kabuto then Tobi doesn't stand a chance against the alliance.
