Yes he can be. Even Sakura started to figure out how his abilities work. Shinobi like Shikamaru and his dad would figure it out much like they were able to put together and figure Pain's secret.

Eventually he'd tire, and warping away shinobi to the Kamui dimension would eventually work against him. Then you have Orochimaru and Kabuto with Edo etc. eventually Tobi would loose. Numbers can overwhelm

He really couldn't or didn't use the rinnegan. But he did rely on the biju for power as promised in the summit.

Even if they figured out how Kamui worked, it doesn't mean they can beat him. It's been alluded to that he has a plethora of abilities and techniques that he's never revealed to anyone, and hasn't been revealed to the viewers either.

Knowing how a technique like Kamui works doesn't mean you can counter it. The only means by which they could have beaten Obito was by using Kakashi's eye.

Yeah, there's just too many shinobi. Tens of thousands of shinobi available for attack with a wide range of jutsu from all directions is just too much, and there's bound to brains amongst the bunch. Once Kamui gets figured out, they could swamp him with a continous chain of attacks like Konan's Kami no Shisha.

Then he'd either have to give up his Kamui eye for Izanagi, or risk getting killed there and then. Even if that didn't work, his chakra will run out and it'll be game over anyway.

Not sure what you mean by the six paths were nothing but what if Tobi keeps the stronger people like 8 gates guy in Uchiha flame formation and then drops Gedo in the middle of the alliance and pours out all 7 biju to go one a rampage?
Because last time he only brought 6 mediums that were restricted in power.
