The third wish is fully flawed. You are basically asking for a change in human nature according to your morality, what defines the human nature can be changed but only with progress and evolutionary achivements.

Second, they got that money legally. If you ask for unlimited money, then you'd create new money out of thin air, creating inflation and ruining the money. If you get that money from existing amounts of money, then someone's gonna notice that all of that money disappeared and suddenly your assets rapidly increase? The only way you gon avoid getting caught is if you launder it(You gon launder unlimited money? How Sway, Heisenberg struggled to properly launder five mil you think you better than him?) or you don't spend that money, again pointless.
