Yeah,but kaguya can only absorb some ninjutsu while momoshiki maybe able to absorb any attack that's made of chakra. E.g mokuton. Kaguya wouldn't be able to absorb hashi wood dragon but momoshiki could absorb and send it back stronger via his palm rinnegans.

Momo coud absorb ninjutsu all killing ash bones was kekkei mora or kekkei whatever type attack, a physical attack, not ninjutsu
