well it was pretty unexpected, but once caught, what exactly could they do? Maybe Sasuke could somehow escape using rinnigan but honestly..

But I don't think you can drag that out to 80-ish pages even if you tried, so maybe we'll have the epilogue in the february chapter alongside new content. That for me though is the worst case scenario.

It's definitely the worst scenario but I feel like that's almost certainly what's going to happen unfortunately

Sure Ikemoto can, he adds extra stuff into the chapter. It still gotta cover boruto throwing the rasengan to momo, the others being freed by shadow possession, boruto & naruto talk, sasuke distracting momo so boruto can land a hit on the Rinnegan, so boruto can fire off the giant rasengan. Plus the epilogue? I seriously doubt it.

The fight was entirely lazy; more lazy than the fight in the movie. This chapter could've given the mangaka to expand on the battle scene. Naruto showed off his moves while Sasuke only showed Perfect Susanoo and some normal Taijutsu & Kenjutsu (Opens up a whole new wank fest for Narutards even though Sasuke barely showed anything.

This rehash needs to end. I just don't expect much for now, so I'm dropping it until some new content is presented.

In conclusion, so much potential wasted on this crap manga.

Didn't watch movie... Gathering info from the manga... Seems terrible... Just too many holes and really trying way to hard to make Boruto seem like more than he is... How did the nerds make it to the fight... You are going to tell me Hinata at the very least just let them casually walk in??? Even after Sasuke told everyone he could only take a limited number of people... With her son and hubby in there, she would have sit there like a nervous wreck waiting on them to return like she always would... There is the slightest chance that those nerds going in could mean portal collapses... Hinata would have ruined their lives
