| Looks: Barney keeps his personal appearance as impeccable as possible - clean-shaven, with neatly trimmed dirty blonde hair. Because of his awesomeness he favors tailored cloaks with nicely matching shirts and pants, but will dress for whatever the occasion allows, and always with what he considers the pinnacle of style. Upon finishing his business with the Akatsuki, he replaced the official cloak with a specially tailored cloak that resembles the Akatsuki cloak but has a blue lining which fits his elemental affinity towards water. During the time he went awol, he hid in his own den where he healed himself from the wounds that he got in battle. During that long period of time he became obsessed with medicine thus why he got himself an awesome white doctors cloak that he now wears at all times as his main attire. | |||||
| Personality: His early life wasn't easy and as a kid he wasn't able to cope with the burden of the stuff he has been through. He never met his mother and he witnessed his fathers death which left deep scars on his personality. He fell under the influence of his feelings and he let them carry him over to the dark side. A good part of his life he didn't know of anything other than hatred towards the world, because he blamed everyone for the death of his family. Just one person was able to get to him, recognize the good in him and at least try to get him to his senses, Scorps. As time passed he managed to control himself, let everything go and become a ninja of highest skill. He turned out to be a selfless, calm, caring and collected person, although from time to time his dark inner self likes to come out and express itself in horrendous ways. These horrendous ways were at their peak when Barney was wounded and went awol, hiding in his own den. During that period of time, he became obsessed with his body, trying to perfect it using various medical procedures that he learned by being a doctor. His mind became corrupted and one of his experiments came to fruition, thanks to the assistance of Orochimaru. When he would lose control of his conscious and calm self, he would turn into a trully horrendous monster. | |||||

Birth into Yuki Barney was born in a small, snowy village in the Land of Water, a land that had suffered from war not long before. In this war, different sides battled each other using ninja, some of whom possessed kekkei genkai. After the war ended, memories of the horrific battles still lingered in the minds of the people. Those with kekkei genkai quickly became feared and hated for their abilities, out of concern that their existence would only bring about more war.

Frozen Palace Barney lived with his father in a small house. They had an insouciant life and they lived peacefully. Barney never met his mother as she died when she gave birth. The only memory Barney had about his mother was an old and shredded picture. Barney often asked his father about his mother but he always tried to find a way to avoid the conversation. "Dad, how did you meet my mother? Ah son, one day I'll tell you the whole story of how I met your mother." His father didn’t like to talk about Barney’s mother. To that day there were only two known living Yuki members who possessed the rare kekkei genkai, a kid named Haku and his mother. After Haku found out that he possessed the rare power himself he proudly showed it to his mother, who was horrified by what she saw. She harshly scolded and slapped Haku for displaying his ability, though she tearfully apologized to him afterward. Unbeknownst to them, Haku's father had seen everything from the shadows. When Haku's father discovered that his wife and child possessed a kekkei genkai, he assembled a small mob of villagers, whose part was Barney’s father. With tears flowing down his eyes, he killed his wife. He then attempted to kill Haku but before he could, Haku used his powerful kekkei genkai to create several large ice spikes in order kill his father and the rest of the mob. From that day everyone knew that Haku was the only left Yuki member and the only carrier of the kekkei genkai. Barney never forgave Haku for killing his father so he decided to train hard and he wanted to confront Haku and fight him to revenge his father in a fair and all out battle to death. "One day I will find you and I will kill you." As years passed Barney was fueled by that hatred and he kept letting his feelings take over his actions. As he was becoming aware of the strange power he possessed it was dragging him towards the dark side. During that period Barney was traveling all around the shinobi world and he visited a lot of villages where he stopped for a certain period of time looking for experienced shinobi in order to improve his skills. On his journey around the shinobi world he also met a lot of other people who helped him in different ways, to achieve his perfections. He was unaware that alike Haku, he possessed the same kekkei genkai.

Kirigakure Early life After the night where half of his village was killed, including his father, Barney quickly packed his most essential stuff and ran away with the intention to never come back to his village, leaving all memories behind him in order to make room for hatred to grow and take place. The hatred fueled his ambition and he decided that his first station should be Kirigakure, the Village Hidden in the Mist. He knew that a lot of great shinobi originated from Kirigakure and he wanted to become one too. He heard all those stories about Mizukage Yagura, the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist and the six-tails jinchūriki, Utakata. He looked up to Kisame and wanted to become a great shinobi like him. He knew that there was something within him and that he could easily surpass everyone and become the best. "I believe!" Once he entered the city he was amazed by its size and number of people. He knew that it was going to be tough but he had no choice. He started wandering around the city, looking for food in trash cans and stealing from traders in the market. To be able to steal stuff he had to be quick and smart, wait for the right moment. He found this as the first training and he always gave his best or otherwise he would end up hungry and disappointed and it's hard to fall asleep hungry during a cold night, on the street.

Apple booth One day he tried to steal an apple from a booth he always used to steal from and a mysterious guy caught him. He grabbed his hand and made Barney throw the apple back. "No. You are better than that." They exchanged a very deep and truthful look and in that moment Barney managed to pluck his hand out of this guy’s grip and run away. Later that day, the mysterious man found Barney hiding in an alley, eating the very same apple he tried to steal earlier. "Hey there, my name is Gobi Gobletsson and I'd like to teach you. There is something interesting about you and I don't want you to end up on the wrong side. I'm sure I can help you." At first Barney was confused but then he remembered the look in Gobi's eyes earlier and decided to join him. Gobi then took a new, big and red apple out of his pocket and gave it to Barney with a big grin on his face. "Here, this should ease your hunger. Thank you," replied Barney.

Dark woods As they spent their time together, wandering around the woods and undergoing a tough regime, Barney’s physical strength rose and Barney became faster and aware of his capabilities. In Gobi's presence he managed to control himself and not let his feelings interrupt his training. Clearing his mind was one of the main stepping stones in order to improve as a taijutsu fighter and that was what kept Barney from letting his feelings take over. Once Gobi decided that Barney is top fit he started teaching Barney some real taijutsu techniques. He enjoyed watching while Barney repeated all those moves over and over again. "Well done, Barney! Well done" he used to say. Eventually Gobi ran out of teachable techniques and he told Barney that he enjoyed his company and that he has to return back to his village, but he offered him an escort to the Village Hidden in the Clouds. There he met up with Solf who took him as his student and taught him everything he knew about lightning. Even though Barney enjoyed Solf's company he didn’t like the lightning element that much. "You know sensei, I want to thank you for teaching me but I like water more than lightning!" He always knew that water was going to be his main element and he felt the connection with water from his first steps.

Kumogakure Mysterious lady After mastering lightning he took out his Shinobi World map and his two kunai. He fixed the map on a tree with one and threw the other kunai at the map. Where the kunai lands, that would be his next stop. "Let's see. Come on, I wanna go somewhere interesting." The choice fell on Kirigakure, the city where he started from. "Oh maaan, seriously?" Three years passed since the events at Yukigakure, but he had it behind him, long ago. He clenched his fists and teeth and left Kumogakure. "Farewell." On his way back to Kirigakure he met a funny guy named Zancrow. They were the total opposite of each other and that’s why they became so good friends. Barney was a passionate and self-centered person while Zancrow was selfless and caring. It seemed like they wouldn't go along but Barney really needed a person to share all his stories and someone to laugh with. "I'm glad I met you, Zan," said Barney. He was finally happy that he found someone like Zancrow. The trip to Kirigakure was pretty fast and once they entered the city he noticed that nothing changed. He stood on the same place as three years ago, looking at the same picture. Hell, even the mist wrapped around the buildings seemed to be the same way he remembered it. Following a deep breath, Barney exhausted what seemed like the word "Home." They agreed that the first thing they need to do is, look for a place to stay. They found a small shack for a few miserable Kumi. Second thing to do was looking for some food. Across the street was a ramen shop, perfect place, they both agreed. As they entered the ramen shop and ordered their food, they noticed a mysterious woman, sitting in the corner and talking silently to herself. "...and then I will slice your throat carefully and gently. You won't even feel it. It will be quick and without pain. Please, my love, trust me..." she kept saying repeatedly. With obvious shock on their faces they started staring at her and she felt it. Suddenly she turned her head and gave them a scary look which froze them both. It was a very drunk and oblivious lady by the name Mephistopheles.

Ramen shop As they got their food she invited them to her table and they had to accept the invite, or else they knew that things wouldn’t end well for them. "Come here, come here" she said as she drunkenly waved her hand. As they finished their meal and found out that she is a Sensei they asked her if she could teach them water techniques and she gladly accepted it, but with one condition: "I need a place to crash!" Luckily their rooms were right across the street, so they carried her to Barney’s room. Barney decided to spend the night outside so he found a nice tree and made himself comfy. In the morning Zancrow woke him up and told him that Mephistopheles is gone and that she left a note. It said: "Sorry guy’s I had some important business to finish, thanks for the room!" They agreed that she won’t escape easily with this and they found her later that evening in a bar, drunk again. They took her back to the room but this time they booth decided to stay and watch over her. In the morning they caught her while trying to sneak out again. In order to stop her Barney had to use the Lightning Release Technique, creating a few small lightning bolts directed at her. As they hit her she fell on the ground, paralyzed. "No escaping, this time sensei" they said and when Mephistopheles came back to her normal self, she agreed to teach them. She had a big grin on her face as she scratched the back of her head, wondering how a couple of kids managed to capture her.

Training lake They started the training on a nearby lake, and their first task was to walk over the lake without getting wet. The guys found it impossible so Mephistopheles had to demonstrate it. After many tries they finally made it, which made her proud. They spent almost six months training with Mephistopheles. They pranked her constantly and Barney loved to add a bit of lightning to his water techniques in order to electrocute the water and make the attacks stronger. He was finally happy because he got to learn his favorite element. "One day I will surpass even the greatest Kirigakure ninja!" Sadly, the day came when Zancrow had to leave them and return back to his village. Barney stood there with Mephistopheles, watching his best friend leaving, but he faced it. That is reality and it sometimes hurts and there was nothing he could do. "We'll meet one day again, my friend! I promise." After Zancrow's departure, Mephistopheles told Barney that she’d like to teach Barney earth techniques too, which Barney accepted with pleasure. They started the hard work and after several months Barney was able to protect himself easily against any upcoming danger. The time came for Barney to split up with Mephistopheles and continue his mission, to become the greatest shinobi ever.

Myobokuzan What is true happiness? He decided that his next stop would be Konoha, the greatest of Five Great Shinobi Villages, simply for the fact that he didn't visit it yet. Just before the entrance gate he stumbled upon a tall and heavily cloaked man. The man asked Barney, "Hello there? Can I help you?" to which Barney replied, "I'd like to enter Konoha and you're standing in my way." After a hysterical laugh he told Barney, "Oh, is that so? Well, in that case you may proceed." He moved out of Barney's way and continued walking away from the village. That's when Barney saw the huge sign on the back of his cloak. Later he established that it symbolized Myobokuzan. "Hey, where are you going" Barney asked. "Myobokuzan" replied the man to which Barney asked again, "Myo-what?" What followed was the tall guy presenting himself as Nocturnal and telling the story of Myobokuzan, about how perfect it was and he told Barney that he can show him, if he wants to see it for himself. "Sure, why not?" Barney decided to join the cloaked man but he never let his guard down. This dude was shady as hell itself. Once they arrived, Barney couldn’t believe his eyes. The shady was right. It was the most beautiful place he ever saw with his eyes. A place of utopia, land of the toads, Mount Myobokuzan. It was so unusual for him. He was used to cold and dark places but the life he has been living recently was everything but not what he liked, yet he kept going and didn't complain. It was the true Barney following his destiny. Nocturnal wanted to introduce Barney with the other toads, Mockingbird, Crocodile, Hyperion, Nafan, Zombie, Faust, Damon Salvatore, Mercy, Sheldon Cooper, Kushan, Kagutsuchi, Bluetengel, Hellsbadass, Dino, Tobeh, Rihari, Kurapika, Dracule, Alternative, Drizzeh, Lawliet and finally their Pa, Gamahiro. The time he spent with them was the best time of his life. All the good and bad memories, funs and laughs, ups and downs. They became a new family to Barney and he decided never to forget them. During his stay in Myobokuzan, Nocturnal taught Barney some fire techniques, which he mastered easily, making Nocturnal proud and happy. Until one day, suddenly, a strange person appeared at Mount Myobokuzan and wanted to talk with their Pa, Gamahiro. After the long and exhausting talk Gamahiro passed the message to his little tadpoles, "We are forced to leave because a certain someone is after the secret powers, lying underneath Mt. Myobokuzan. The person that came to warn us is Zise and he wants to destroy Mt. Myobokuzan in order to conceal the powers and destroy them once and for all, in order to stop the evil person from obtaining them." This event completely threw Barney from his tracks. When he finally thought he found happiness he lost everything once again. He didn't know where to go or what to do with himself. The hatred consumed him faster than ever before and he was on the brink of letting his dark inner self completely consume him.

Amegakure With a hatred fueled heart and tears in his eyes Barney had to leave Mt. Myobokuzan and he couldn’t forget the fact that he could never come back to the place that made him so happy. His desperation and anger brought him to Amegakure, the Village Hidden in the Rain. The rain was the best way to describe his current feelings. It was dark, cold and wet, exactly as he was used to. There he met a guy called Faith, who was an expert with water techniques. Barney decided that he wanted to improve his skills with water as it was his primary elemental affinity and his favorite element. "If you want to master the water then you have to become one with it. You have to flow with it and you have to feel it." Faith taught him a lot of useful tricks and showed him all advanced techniques, afterwards calling Barney a master of water techniques. Barney just fulfilled his dream of becoming a water master, however he was blinded by the anger and he fueled it towards only one goal: find and kill Haku. "The day is coming."With only one element left to learn he made his way to Sunagakure, the Village Hidden in the Sand. There he met with Oraan who agreed to teach him wind techniques and after a couple of months of hard training Barney was almost at the end, until a strange event occurred. During the training, Oraan tried to be as helpful as possible and that bugged Barney a bit, because he was overly helpful. "Alright, listen, don't worry if you can't perform the technique. We can always try later when you rest a bit. No! I want to do it now", replied Barney. "Fine, I'll help you then." Oraan created an ice technique to aid Barney and this shook him completely. He was out of his mind and he couldn't believe what he was seeing. It was impossible. It couldn't be true. While executing the technique on Oraan’s clones Barney suddenly switched to the real one and attacked him, which almost killed Oraan. His dark inner self was restless and wanted to come out. He was so blinded that he saw Haku inside of Oraan. "WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME?" Barney had a flashback and he saw Haku killing his father, the mysterious man destroying Myobokuzan, everyone he knew turning their back on him and leaving. Barney charged at Oraan, completely blinded and consumed by hatred and with one thing on his mind: Exterminate. He unleashed his power and to his own surprise, ice burst forth from his hands, creating several sharp ice spears which he sent flying at Oraan. Oraan was just as surprised and they ended in a fight, and one of them would probably die if Sunagakure guards didn’t stop them. Barney was forced to leave Sunagakure and never come back.

Sunagakure Finding balance Upon realizing that Konohagakure is still the only village that he didn't visit yet he packet his stuff, without wasting a second. Tears were dripping down his face but he didn't even feel it from all the rain and his soaked clothes. Various thoughts were flashing through his head. He didn't know what to think. He didn't know what was real and what was his dark fantasy. He had the same kekkei genkai as Haku? And on top of that he almost killed probably the only person that could've actually taught him how to control his kekkei genkai. He was out of his mind. "F**k all of this." In Konoha, Barney visited the first ramen shop he saw and there he met a very old guy called Scorps, by accident. Scorps turned out to be a great person and a very smart and knowledgeable guy. Since Scorps was the Hokage's 1st assistant, he decided to take Barney as his personal student and teach him everything he knows. Scorps knew. Barney's destiny brought him here and Scorps was the one to turn him on the right path. They started off with genjutsu, a very powerful and useful set of techniques. Being Scorps' personal student made Barney very happy and he decided not to let his favorite Sensei and life teacher down. He finally started seeing light after all the dark events that developed in this short time. "I will cherish this knowledge and I will make you proud, Scorps Sensei! One day I will surpass your genjutsu usage! Trust me! Hahaha," Barney laughed with his whole heart. Together, they managed to finish genjutsu and ninjutsu lessons and as a present for the very hard work Scorps decided to teach Barney a few of his own tricks. For being such a good student and excellent shinobi, Scorps agreed to teach Barney sealing techniques, called Fuuinjutsu and some of his own advanced genjutsu techniques, turning Barney into a genjutsu master of the highest caliber. "I know you will surpass me. I believe in you." While one day, Barney was wandering across the Land of Fire, he stumbled upon some old ruins that were clearly abandoned decades ago. His picky and curious nature led him to explore the ruins even if he knew that it wasn't the best idea. He felt a strange and familiar presence within the ruins. They were abandoned and dark, same as Barney not so long ago.

Forgotten Uzumaki ruins While exploring the ruins he was very careful not to touch anything and he thought twice before making a new step, because only god knows what kinds of traps there might be. He felt a strange presence and he had to explore it. Everything went very well until he came to, what seemed to be the last room, a huge empty hall with writings all over the walls. Again carefully, Barney proceeded to examine the walls and he found, what he believed to be, the long lost writings of the Uzumaki Clan. He was most certain that those writings were some old forbidden techniques so he blindly went to copy them into his scrolls without a clue of the consequences. After finishing, he decided that it would be the best that he leaves as fast as possible before something goes wrong. Upon entering Konoha, he finally knew he was safe again and the everpresent feeling of darkness left him. Even though it was night and most of the village was sleeping, something was telling him that Scorps was awake. He was right. When he crashed into his room Scorps was shocked and asked him, "Where have you been all day? I was looking all over the village for you? Do you know what time it is?" To that, Barney replied, "I was examining some lost old ruins. You wouldn't believe what I found there Sensei", with a lot confidence on his face. As an answer, Scorps smacked Barney's head but still started asking details. "Here, check this." Upon finally taking out the scrolls and showing them to him, Scorps lost all his color immediately. In an instant, Scorps turned from a nicely sunbathed and handsome guy to a completely white, dead-looking oldie. "Get those scrolls the hell out of here! IMMEDIATELY!!" Barney grunted, "b-but, but sensei!?! Please, listen to me. What if we can decipher these and learn some secret techniques. Please tell me what you know about these as they seem suspiciously familiar to you." A few moments later Scorps calmed down and his color and handsomeness came back. Unfortunately, his baldness didn't recede. He told Barney that those scrolls contained long lost Kinjutsu techniques of the Uzumaki Clan and he agreed to share his knowledge about those but first he had to apply to Medical School and become a medical nin, which Barney did with ease.

Konohagakure Grand Role Play Tournament Biggest RP tournament so far, they called it. It really was the biggest tournament held for the shinobi's across the whole ninja world, taking most competitors from the 5 Great Villages. Barney found himself as one in the mass, among all those other, great and promising ninjas. As the tourney started Barney's probably most difficult fight was against Xanthe, a persistent and merciless ninja, who drove him to the utmost limits. Winning that fight put him up against one of his best friends, Dante, who beat him and shoved him down, into the losers bracket. "It was a good fight Dante, but don't think this is over. I'm coming for you and I will be breathing at your neck in each of your further battles until my breath is the last one that you will ever feel." Being in the losers bracket gave Barney more confidence and hope, to get to the finals. The path wasn't easy and he didn't expect it to be. He fought against some of the best ninja alive, being Riku and KeotsuEclipse. Funny enough, Riku was a Yuki as well and he promised to teach Barney how to control his kekkei genkai as a reward for beating him. It wouldn't of course be fair not to mention that he had a tough time fighting General Teno, Igneel and Kerrah. After he won against Kerrah, nothing could wipe away the joy from his face when he found out that he's matched up against Dante, again. "Told you." Oh those tears of joy, they carried him and he knew that he could pay Dante back for throwing him into the losers bracket so early. And he did it, he really beat Dante this time, showing the world that he is not some clown to be messed with, and he assured the 3rd spot in the tournament. With the 3rd spot assured he had to fight Zero Kelvin who became the last obstacle to the throne, being that Mugiwara forfeited from the battle for the first place and the chance to take the crown himself. Battle for the title During the battle against Zero Kelvin at the Valley of the End, techniques were flying left and right. Summons were summoned and killed and the crazy battle left him severely injured and without the help of a few medical shinobi who knows how long he would live. Luckily they saved his life and he was very grateful for it. "It's an honor. We've both achieved quite something in this Tournament. I've never reached the finals before; not even close," said the Inuzuka. He said that the battle against the Inuzuka was his favorite battle so far and that he enjoyed it even though he lost. Losing the battle, wasn't the worst thing in his life though. He still got the 3rd place and the legendary 7SM sword, which was more than he ever wanted. Knowing that he found himself a worthy opponent Barney told Zero, "Hey, I want to fight you again one day, but with a different ending."

Valley of the End Rokudaime Hokage At this point, there was not much going on in Barney's life. He established him self as an accomplished man and there wasn't much more to do for him. He finished many minor arts along the way, such as: kenjutsu with Jacob Moore, fuuinjutsu with Gobi Gobletsson again, NB taijutsu with Madara Uchiha and the Sound element with Xylon. One of the more important recent events was meeting his very good and old friend -Cobalt-. After hearing that -Cobalt- became a sensei, Barney couldn't believe it. "NO WAY MAN!! HAHA! YOU GOTTA TEACH ME SOMETHING COOL!" He was very happy for his friend, so happy that he made a party just to celebrate his new title. The party didn't go well as planned because Barney had a few drinks too much, so he only became a burden for -Cobalt- to care after. The next morning, with a massive headache and a sore stomach, Barney was dying for water. After asking -Cobalt- for some water, that gave -Cobalt- an idea. He decided to teach Francium to Barney, his own personal element. "I don't even know how to thank you. I love you man!" Even after learning Francium Barney knew that he has still, a long way to go. He didn't think about it. He wanted to enjoy the current moments with the people he loved and shared his life with, Konohagakure ninja. Together with the others, he was considered a healthy part of the family tree which was supposed to grow straight, towards the sky, because the sky was the only limit. Every branch that stepped away, to the side, from the imaginary path, was bound to be cut of.

Tree of Life Throughout the history, a lot of sick branches were cut of, and instead of weakening the family tree it only made it healthier and more powerful, thanks to Scary Yamato who has shown himself to be a great leader and the best life teacher. Barney was kinda getting older, for a fact, he knew that he was entering his prime age and it was a delight seeing all those new generations of shinobi, growing from day to day, fighting, training and getting stronger. Nothing could replace that joy, the joy that flew through his veins when he was a child like them. He knew the feeling so he wanted to give the youth the best care he could. He became Konoha's Tournament Organizer. Upon establishing himself in the new position he prepared a very interesting and unique tournament for the youngest and the rewards for participating were extraordinary. Being a helpful, well-known and loved shinobi is every shinobi's dream. He became that, at least he thought so. His actions lead him to becoming the Rokudaime Hokage, leader of the Konoha's youth. He was chosen to lead the people, his villagers. It was a new experience for him and he didn't take it lightly. He was careful about what he was doing but he made mistakes on each corner. After failing to overtake Kumogakure he decided that he was not ready for the task and he deserted his village. He abandoned his brethren in the midst of a war. He became a sick branch and he cut himself loose. "I'm sorry. I have failed all of you. Please forgive me." He betrayed them... Red dawn After betraying Konoha in such a delicate period, the event was heard out throughout the whole ninja world and the Akatsuki reached out to him quickly. A person with such history, power and connections was what the Akatsuki leader Lili-Chwan was looking for. She knew as well. She was a fierce, brute and troublesome woman that was known for her deceptive abilities. She was the Sage of deceit, after all. Their first confrontation was simple and straight forward. He wasn't really in the mood but that didn't discourage her. She started the talk by saying, "Barney Stinson of the Yuki clan. I'm glad to meet you. I think we can help each other." That period of Barney's life was really difficult and he didn't know the right answer. His life always seemed to be one step ahead and two steps backwards. Just when he found happiness he lost it again and it kept going in a circle. Barney didn't see an exit out of the misery. He wanted to believe that this is the right path so he chose it, not knowing what he's stepping into.

Red dawn of the Akatsuki Plotting, scheming and backstabbing were the traits of Akatsuki. There were no rules except one, you do what you want, where you want and how you want. Although being officially tied to the Land of Water because of the their hideouts Barney didn't feel the connection. Yes, he was a born Kirigakurean but from personal experience he knew that it brought him nothing but misery. Every time he set foot in the Mist, his memories would awake. Memories of his painful, lonely and hatred-filled childhood. Soon after, he made himself a vital part of the organization and became close friends with the leader, Lili-Chwan. He witnessed the change of Akatsuki and watched as his friends left and new faces took their spots. Soon, he was one of the oldest members along with Gobi Gobletsson, his sensei. The members changed but the philosophy always stayed the same. Kill and don't get killed. Soon, the Mist has gotten themselves in some trouble and rouge ninjas from all over the world formed their own land called Otogakure. They announced a war against the Mist and the Mist blamed the Akatsuki for starting the war. They sent out messenger birds to chase down Akatsuki members and they demanded that they get back to the village as soon as possible to clean the mess. Upon receiving his letter and reading it, Barney folded it into a ball and threw it away, ignoring the Mist. Soon, Akatsuki decided to sever their connection to the Mist. "Finally." Barney enjoyed the current state of the Akatsuki and his position within it. It was safe to say that Barney was the right hand to Lili-Chwan, although with here you would never know which hand was which and she would never acknowledge Barney as her equal. Prideful redhair. Yet, she couldn't imagine the Akatsuki without Barney and Barney knew it. Tale of a disciple During one of his many journeys across the Ninja World, Barney stumbled upon an interesting fella. He was in Konohagakure at that time, doing some undercover official Akatsuki business and taking care of certain things. You can call it "tying loose ends", if you will. On times it was stressful and he liked to relax and forget about the work for a bit. As usual, he found the best spa resort and made himself comfortable in the pool. The water was bubbling and soothing and before all, relaxing. Exactly what Barney needed. "Aaaahh, this is so good. I need to do this more often. Screw Lili's boring missions. They can wait." He closed his eyes and dropped his focus, concentrating on nothing but darkness in between his eyes and eyelids and the silence. Suddenly, his concentration was broken. A few very loud thumping noises forced Barney to open his eyes and there he saw a youngster, trying to sneak onto Barney but failing miserably. Upon being asked who he was and what does he want, he said, "I'm your biggest fan. I've heard the awesome stories about you and someone told me that you're in Konoha so I had to meet you. I know you're a sensei and I want you to train me." Barney was struck dumb and without a word. He's a top notch secret undercover agent of the most hated organisation and a young nobody blew his cover. What the hell? First few seconds he didn't know what to say and then finally, he burst in laughter and told the guy that he is too awesome to just teach somebody and that he should first learn how to pick up ladies before being eligible to be trained by Barney. The youngster was sad for a brief moment but immediately he showed determination. He left and disappeared for a few days. During that time Barney thought that he got rid of the pest but then he found him again, while enjoying a drink in the tavern after the very hard work. Actually it was the other way around. "Hey Sensei!!!" shouted the young lad. Barney turned around only to be shocked by the view. The youngster was surrounded by a few gorgeous babes and Barney feelt a bit jealous. "I said chicks, ladies, not hookers, god damnit! Your money and wealth can't help you get trained by me. Sigh." When Barney said that the girly bunch jumped at him, screaming and punching him while yelling, "Who do you call a hooker?" The joungster told Barney that he didn't pick up hookers and that he legitimately made friends with the gorgeous ladies. After managing to convince Barney, he decided to invite them to his table and ordered a couple of drinks. What followed was a wild party, one that Barney would never forget.

Barney and Jayce That day, Barney made a new friend. A new wingman. "I'm Jayce by the way. I'm glad you gave me the chance to be your student, I will give my best and I won't disappoint you." Barney certainly hoped so and he did well by choosing him. He quickly grew close to Barney and they indeed were the perfect tag team. They were so happy together that they decided to open a bar together, one day. It was their ultimate dream and retirement plan. After Barney taught him everything he knew, Jayce turned out to be a very skillful and powerful ninja. His determination to be better than his sensei has driven him towards the goal. And he was on the right track. With the shown skill he was able to get himself a spot within the fabled Akatsuki and finally tag along his sensei, properly. Last rumors report that the perfect Akatsuki tag team has been spotted in the Dawn Tavern, making their way to Konohagakure where they were disguised into travelers for official business. Their goal was still a secret but it was bound to be unveiled soon enough. That was the last word about Barney and his whereabouts. Until... Battle of the Sensei and his student Barney woke up and he could hear birds chirping across the whole ninja world. Word has spread quick. He's back. Whether you hated Barney or loved him, you knew him. You couldn't just forget his presence and the impact he had on the ninja world. Rumors quickly started spreading and people started reporting sightings all across the ninja world. What was his plan? What is he going to do? Hell, where has he been all this time? Everyone kept asking the same questions but nobody knew the right answer. Only Barney did. And there was much to say. Some of the last rumors were true. That day, Barney was on his way to Konohagakure and he stumbled across Scorps. Lively as always, Scorps was happy to recognize his student and best friend. But as he was about to greet Barney, his voice broke and silence took over. Scrops saw the crimson cloak around Barney and golden fury burst forth from his body. Golden decaying flames emerged all around him and started slapping everything in immediate vicinity. To Barney's surprise, everything the flaming tongues touched, decayed in an instant. "You joined Lilliana? HOW COULD YOU BETRAY ME LIKE THIS? After all this time? After everything I've done for you? Unbelievable Barney," Scorps kept screaming angrily. "Yes, and what are you going to do about it old man," replied Barney calmly to which Scorps showed utter disgust. They ended up fighting each other with the intent to kill. Both of them blinded with hatred for each other, once brothers, now sworn enemies. This showed how much Scorps couldn't stand the disgusting Akatsuki and its filthy leader, Lilliana. This battle was Barney's last one and it was also the battle where he lost his 7SM sword to Scorps. Scorps had the upper hand and he had the chance to kill Barney but a brief moment of hesitation was more than enough for Barney to disappear within an illusion and hide. He hid in his Ice palace, an abandoned place on a remote island in the vast seas of the Land of Water. Beaten. Ashamed. Disappointed. In himself. Disappointment to others. To those who put their faith and effort into him. Once again, he was a disgrace and on the dark path. He hid there for quite a while, healing himself until he returned back to his old self. Unfortunately, Barney wasn't sure if he could ever return to where he once was. What now? And what happened then, you might ask yourself? Well, Barney hid and tried to recuperate from his loss. Being a medical ninja, it wasn't hard to fix himself. But for some strange reason, that wasn't enough. A strange idea crossed his mind. What if he could push his body further? He wanted more power, not just returning to his old. He needed to kill Haku. He needed all the power he could get. Barney became obsessed with the idea of perfecting his body, no matter what it took. He wasn't aware that he would end up a monster in the process. The solitude and silence slowly ate his sanity away. He started developing a new alias, calling himself Dr. Horrible. He even went so far that he made himself a special white doctors cloak with some insane abilities, just like himself. He was completely mad. Bipolar would be the exact expression. It is understandable though. After all the events he's been through, not many would remain sane. Everyone he ever had close to him was gone. Either dead or erased from his memory. He was alone. Alone with his other self.

Horrible's Laboratory Being in such a place and doing the things he did, it was only time before Orochimaru found out about his hiding place. He was intrigued by the experiments Barney did on his summons and pretty much any living sacrifice he could lay his hands on. But Orochimaru was smart, and Barney was blinded. He offered Barney a new, amazing power. Something that would give Barney what he was searching for this whole time. "Barney, your work looks promising and has lots of potential, but what if I could give you something already completed? Something that would suit you perfectly? Something that would give you more than enough power to kill anyone you could ever desire? You, such an amazing specimen, would be the perfect candidate for this. Your powers would be beyond imagination." He sugar coated his words and Barney fell for it. A simple nod and within moments, Orochimaru's head extended across the lab room and bit Barney on the inside of his left forearm, just below the elbow. A circular mark spun for a moment and then nested itself into Barney. His eyes flashed for a moment and he screamed as loud as he could. The painful scream blended into a lunatic laughter of pure evil happiness. It was done. Barney was invincible. He was a God. At least that's what he thought, because that's how he felt. | |||||

| Water Master | Primary Affinity As one of the previous wielders of the Water Goddess and a true lover of water techniques, Barney could perform them with a single handseal. Although by losing the sword to his sensei Scorps, he lost the ability to create them from thin air and without handseals, he was still able to perform them with great ease. Living the dream of Izuna Uchiha, he strives to become the new Water Sage and show the world that he's the greatest water user. Genjutsu Master & Surrealist | Secondary Affinity As the personal student of the best Genjutsu users alive, Scorps and Lili-Chwan, Barney inherited all the custom techniques and was trained to the point of being able to call himself also a Genjutsu Master. By being trained by Lili-Chwan, Barney had the chance to feel the dark side of Genjutsu. The torturing and mind controlling nature of those techniques synchronized perfectly with his dark inner self. He can perform the handseals for genjutsu, faster than usual. As a master of Surreal Palm, he is capable of awareness 1 rank superior than his normal rank, and, same wise, bypass the genjutsu layering rules up to 4 times per battle, also allowing him to use techniques 1 rank lower than normal to defend from a genjutsu. Taijutsu Specialist After undergoing a hard regime under Gobi Gobletsson he finally got the chance to met the one and only, Nirvāna. After receiving his permission to continue the hard training and further specialize in taijutsu, he found Lord of Kaos, who gladly took him as his apprentice. After a long and tough training he finally became able to call himself a taijutsu specialist. Fuuinjutsu Master Upon completing his Medical Fuuinjutsu training, he gained the complete mastery over the field. With this, he had the knowledge to create complex seals that were outside of scope of regular Fuuinjutsu. As such, he was also able to place a variety of seals onto his own body. Barney had the summoning tattoos on his wrists, for each respective summoning contract, which helped him summon his animals easier. Furthermore, he developed a special Seal of the Water God and turned his whole body into a vessel for it, in order to be able to manifest it anywhere on his body. Barney had one Gaseous Barrier seal on his left arm that protected him against various gaseous substances, when his awareness would fail. Rank: A-Rank Range: Short Chakra: 30 Damage: N/A Description: The seal of the Water God is a special seal developed for the purpose to aid the user in tough situations. The seal itself is a circle of kanji surrounding the kanji for "Divine" in the middle. The user himself is the seal and can manifest it in any part of his body he wishes. The seal only works against Water techniques and is a very good defense against them. The seal activates and draws in any nearby water technique into himself, storing both the water and the chakra it contained inside of it. The seal can then serve multiple purposes: -Reverence of God: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to boost the damage of another water technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique, he does the handseals or rituals, needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is the water technique that the user performed with the addition of damage of the technique he had absorbed. The damage added is equal to the chakra points absorbed. Can be used 2 times. -Divine Will: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to combo with another elemental technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique he does the handseals or rituals needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is an elemental combo of both water and the element of the technique he performed. The rank of the combo is equal to rank of the elemental technique used although becoming a dual elemental technique. Can be used 2 times. -Touch of Drought: The user will manifest the seal in both his hands and absorb any nearby moisture or water into the seal in a mere moment. This can be used to negate weather patterns such as clouds or mist but also to make it harder to breathe or to drain water sources. This can also be used to, upon touching an enemy, induce a temporary dehydration to the enemy, making him stumble and lose focus as well as stamina and strength, as he feels dizzy and weak. Rank: A Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Description: This is an advanced Sealing technique, triggered by a Seal that's located on the left arm of the user's body that's written with a large Kanji letter "Absorption" this seal has some of the user's chakra already infused in it, the seal sends pulses of chakra around the user within Short range from him, once there's an invisible gas with chakra infused in it that's near the user, the Seal glows in a bright yellow color and activates, quickly forming an invisible barrier of chakra around the user's body, this barrier absorbs the invisible gas making it harmless to the user's body, another aspect to this technique is that when the barrier absorbs the invisible gas, the opponent wouldn't have any control over the gas that's being absorbed, meaning he cannot reshape it or cause it to explode due to the user's chakra being around it Note: Can only absorb up to S-rank invisible gas techniques once per Seal. Rank: A Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique is composed of a sealing formula that remains active until triggered, this sealing formula bears the Kanji letter of "ガ" or in literal meaning "guard" which is located on the user's upper arm. This sealing formula erects an invisible barrier that's made around the user at all times but does not actually cost the user a move until it activates, the barrier works by detecting the chakra of a fast incoming technique and deflects it, causing it to dissipate and leave the user unharmed, the barrier's deflection ability is only triggered by a fast moving technique, basically a technique that can't be tracked by normal eye sight and requires at least a Sharingan or similar means to track, the barrier that's around the user detects the speed once the technique collides with the chakra released from the barrier that's around the user and the sealing formula glows suddenly, causing the barrier that surrounds the user to repel the incoming technique within short range of the user. Note: Can only be trigger twice per battle. Note: Can guard against up to an S-rank technique. Note: The user can use it twice counting as two moves per turn and using +30 chakra with each usage to guard against a forbidden ranked technique, this can only be used once. Note: No Fūinjutsu techniques in the same turn. Currently, when Barney releases the Curse Mark, black water drops and snowflakes connected with thin lines spread from his left forearm and quickly envelop it, forming a net. As the drops, flakes and lines spread in a circular manner, they move from the arm, across his shoulder and along his neck, upon finally covering half of his face. As the end result, the kanji symbols for water (水) and snow (雪) form on the left corner of his forehead. (Ten no Juin: Ichi) - Heaven's Cursed Seal: Level 1 When Barney undergoes a full transformation, he turns into an Argonian. Argonians are oviparous reptiles and as such they have gills on their necks and are covered in scales. They have very sharp reptilian teeth lining their mouths and when swimming they use their tails to propel themselves as they glide through the water. The tail is also used for balance when standing up. Argonians have a wide variety of cranial features such as fins, feathers, ridges, spines, spikes, or horns and they have swimming skin in between their fingers. However, the swimming skin doesn't hinder them from performing handseals since it is loose when the fingers aren't fully spread and used for swimming. The Argonian has a mixture of dark green, dark brown and grey colors along its body. As Barney transforms into the Argonian, his musculature expands and he gains about half a meter in height. It is worth to note that the additional height doesn't slow him down and in fact, as an Argonian, Barney is very quick on his feet. It is said that Argonians are enigmatic and intelligent, which makes them experts of guerrilla tactics, although with a horrendous and unfriendly personality.Type: Supplementary

Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body.While in this stage the user gains +30 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +20 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is improved as is his speed. Once it deactivates (regardless of being willed or timing out), it leaves the user drained of stamina for 2 turns as well as unable to mold chakra above A-Rank or use Taijutsu above B-Rank for 2 turns. His speed drops drastically (2 base ranks) as the damage and pain produced by the stress on his body overcomes the user. After those 2 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold. Note: Lasts for 6 turns. Note: Must be in stage 1 to use. Note: Can be deactivated at will. Note: Can only be used twice. During the isolation period within his den, Barney developed a special doctors cloak, tailored perfectly to his needs. The cloak used the finest materials and its parts were intricately woven together. He imbued the cloak with a special seal using his medical knowledge and he managed to replicate his own chakra system within the cloak, allowing it power itself on his own chakra circulatory system. Rank: S rank Range: Short Chakra: 40 (-5) Damage: N/A Description: Horrible's Lab Coat is a special form of equipment used by certified medical ninja. The coat has many abilities, of which some rely and are based on medical knowledge. It is a white doctors coat that fits tightly around the user, with a row of buttons on the right shoulder, which are used to tighten the coat properly and to avoid it from being taken down or ripped off. The coat is imbued with a single seal of great power and diversity, used for generic sealing through advanced medical sealing knowledge. The seal is placed into the lining of the coat and it is invisible to the naked eye. The imbued seal only manifests itself in the chest pocket that the coat has, and it has the ability to seal anything put into it. For example, if the user puts living tissue, organic matter, etc into it, the chest pocket will recognize its composition and seal it into a container within the proper medium required to prevent it from decaying and deteriorating. Once an object is sealed through the chest pocket, the coat has the ability to store the sealed object until the user has a need for it. Visually, from the inside of the coat, the stored objects can be seen as drawn objects with their appropriate sealing formulae surrounding them. Essentially, it acts as a warehouse status and a library, allowing the user to know all the objects that are sealed within the coat and containing a variety of sealing scrolls for a multitude of purposes. Once the need arises, only the user can call forth of the sealed objects in the form of simple sealing scrolls that will slide through the users sleeve and into his hand. Furthermore, the coat removes the users need to carry pouches for various other ninja tools and weapons, which can be stored within the coat and slid through the sleeves. Sealing anything through the chest pocket counts as a move per turn and activating any sealing scroll counts as a move as well, depending on the technique that the scroll is used for. As such, techniques for scrolls would have to be posted separately. Due to these intricate abilities, the coat has a fully developed chakra system of its own, but it uses the users chakra in order to power itself. As such, it constantly drains the users chakra, nature manipulates it into sound release chakra and in turn it always pulses with it in very short intervals in a spherical fashion. The constant sound release chakra pulse has the ability to set the users own chakra on the right track, matching his original chakra signature and cleansing it from any disturbance, using the vibrations caused by the sound release chakra. Furthermore, the sound release chakra pulse reaches up to short range (5m) and it is invisible and harmless to the opponent, until the user decides to use it offensively. Once he does, at the cost of a technique per turn, the user can use the sound release chakra pulse to push away and render useless, anything within short range of himself. This ability has the power of an A rank sound release chakra pulse that can be seen as a white ripple, and as such complies with its strengths and weaknesses. Essentially, the sound release chakra pulse, purges through the technique or object, ridding it from the opponents chakra and control due to its high frequency and vibrations, and dissipates and crumbles it apart. However, this ability can only be used twice per battle and it can only push the opponent away, instead of harming him. Due to the constant sound release chakra pulse that reaches up to mid range, when not used offensively, the area is filled with the users chakra, thus why chakra sensors and Sharingan users can't precisely pinpoint the users location. They can only assess that the user is within the area filled with his chakra, essentially blinding them in a similar fashion to how the hidden mist justu blinds the Sharingan, when they use their advanced tracking abilities. Furthermore, the sound release chakra pulse has the ability to muffle all sounds that happen within the field affected by the pulse. The sound release chakra pulse reacts to the sounds and using the exact reverse frequency, cancels out the sounds, acting as a dead field for sounds. Due to the sound training, the user is aware of this change, and able to ignore the effect of the chakra pulse, allowing him to hear all sounds normally. Likewise, any other ninja with sound release training will be able to ignore these effects and hear all the sounds normally. At last, the sound release chakra pulse has the ability to report to the user the information when it gets into contact with an object or a living being, informing him that there's something within short range. This becomes useful to the user when his vision is impaired, and provides a great combination along with his hearing. Note: Only McRazor can use this Note: The sound pulse only activates once every two turns correcting the users chakra, but only breaks A rank and below genjutsu. Note: The cloak can be destroyed by the total of S rank power and if it's damaged the sound and sealing is rendered useless. Ninja Tools Assortment Barney has a wide assortment of kunai, shuriken and other various ninja tools stored in his cloak and they all have the Shadow Footsteps tags attached to them. As a replacement for ninja pouches, his cloak also stores various other ninja tools, such as scrolls, wires, smoke bombs, etc. Accessing these can easily be done by sliding them through the cloaks sleeves. Rank: A rank Range: Short to Mid Chakra: 30 Damage: N/A Description: Shadow Footsteps is a complex technique that involves multiple fields of specialization in order to achieve its effects. To simplify the technique, in its essence it is a seal placed onto a paper tag that is attached onto kunai or shuriken with the purpose to release a sound that induces an illusion when activated. The paper tag looks like a regular explosive paper tag to any observer, but instead of the usual inscription it has the kanji for shadow (影) and footstep (足). Within the seal, the user has sealed a portion of his own sound chakra that is programmed to release the sound of a series of loud, running footsteps as the seal is activated. The key to activate the seal is simple. The thrown kunai or shuriken has to, basically, hit something (the ground, a tree, a wall, the opponent, etc) in order to activate the seal and to release the sealed sound chakra. The purpose of sealing the sound chakra into a seal and then throwing it away is to take advantage of the wast battlefield and the fact that the user can't be anywhere on the battlefield at the same moment. This technique allows the user, however, to produce sounds from all around the battlefield even when he's stationary in order to confuse the opponent and scare him into believing that he's being attacked by shadow clones or summons without ever seeing their actual creation. As the sound chakra is released as loud footsteps and the opponent hears their sound, he would be placed into an illusion. Within the illusion, the opponent would start seeing shadows blazing across the ground of the battlefield at great speed and the user would vanish from his sight in the chaos of the blazing shadows. The shadows would be paired with the sounds released from the seal in a true multidimensional fashion. This means that the opponent would see the shadows and hear their footseps from multiple directions, making it hard to concentrate and to focus on a single target. This confusion and chaos allows the user to take advantage and strike freely, while his real location and intentions are hidden from the opponent. The seal can be previously placed on the users arsenal but it needs to be stated in the biography. Although the user has the ability to throw a maximum of 4 weapons with attached seals with one usage of the technique, they wouldn't cast multiple illusions on the opponent simultaneously, nor would they increase the power of the illusion. Instead, each activation of the seal would cast over the previous illusion, essentially refreshing the illusion. This means that there can only be one active instance of Shadow Footsteps at any given time. Also, casting any other illusion while this one is active would end it because this illusion isn't susceptible to layering.
