PS can swing its twin swords can destroy everything within a 10 kilometer radius just about. WITHOUT ACTUALLY TOUCHING A THING. The shockwave from the sword alone does it.

So how on earth does a 20 year full grown sasuke PS struggle with a tornado??

I was thinking the same. When i saw him struggling against this stupid tornado i just couldnt.... Even if its KKG remember what happened when Madara pulled off his PS against 5 kage? No joke here Sasuke could of easily destroyed fuushin just with releasing his susanno.

Truth be told if this was in the manga Fuushin would have died out of fear just by seeing the PS, heck in this filler shit he wasnt even worried about it whereas the 5 kages shit themselves.
