Manga is better than Movie!

Emiya ftw I agree they slept on sasuke a bit in the manga fight, but everything else felt more "realistic" as where in the movie just felt like a typical movie, all the heroes got a hit in on the big baddie before our main heroes overcome overwhelming force. At the very least the manga puts Momo above all the kage off the bat and shows why naruto and sasuke are leagues above the others, at least that's how it came off to me

I mean, that's pretty obvious. Hopefully this shuts up that sage guy or whatever who keeps claiming the kages can actually challenge naruto & sasuke in cqc. Momo was bit of a letdown but my expectations weren't that high for him.

I thought it was obvious as well, but like you said it gave people chances to argue things that just don't add up. That's why to me, the manga fight is better. The movie fight just feels like a(albeit awesome looking) climactic movie fight. Imo momos let down makes a lot more sense being the first big fight of the new series

I always thought combined momo's design looked like it was rushed in the movie, the manga looks infinitely better and definitely gives somebody who kaguya was afraid of the respect he deserves. I also have to admit that Ike does much better with character designs now that he's gotten into the swing of things. Love the BSM Nardo.

Definitely. IMO, his illustrations of movement are superior to Kishimoto's.

Agreed, the manga fight is much better, the kage fare as expected, and sasuke fans favorite speed feat is oddly missing

Funny, isn't that speed feet something that Nardo fans say it was a combination attack ? Or Nardo was holding back thingy ? There's always the other side of the coin.

I always thought it was a coordinated attack, I'm impartial to both, although I like sasuke better(by a bit) i just always found it funny a movie clip was always the first thing to pop up when a speed thread was made about either.

Gil got f*cking wrecked by young Emiya... Archer tanked lancers strongest attack, true but he was severely damaged nonetheless, if they continued fighting he would lose to Lancer. Archer was spared. Lancer dominated the whole fight, he didn't stood a chance.

Yea but the gates of Babylon are just f cking cool. Also, we saw lancer use his strongest attack on emiya but never got to see emiya use his reality marble or ubw on lancer(unless I'm mistaken)

100% agree the movements are better, its quite amazing when the 1st chapter came out everyone hated the art, now everyone loves it.

lol it was either summoning Rho Aias or summoning ubw. If he summoned ubw he would be hit with the spear. After he tanked it with the shield, he was already low on mana, he couldn't possibly summon ubw. He lost that fight by a margin.

That's true, I forget about the mana deal, rats.... lol but yea I can't argue with that. Poor lancer, he's always getting shafted for plot
