Minato would shat on kcm naruto ... even kimimaro can still hold his ground against him.

Minato would blitz MS Sasuke

MS > SM so blitz his ass as well, too slow.

Muu however can fly, disappear, duplicate, etc. very hard for a grounded person like minato. Good choice.

Does Minato have anything to bypass Domu? Would it be a mid-diff for Deidara? Pain would neg. What about Kisame? Minato should beat Konan right? Could he even beat Orochimaru? Who fought on par with 4TN without his arms?

He'd intercept Kakuzu before he can even utilize Domu and Minato has Raiton anyways which neutralizes Doton. If that isn't feasible, then Shiki Fujin via clones earns a decisive kill.

Minato is literally better than Deidara and can easily redirect his bombs back at him.

Pain wins.

Kisame gives him a little bit of trouble as Kisame can generate his own water sources which submerges all of Minato's Kunai and inhibits his ability of controlling the entire location as he did against Raikage. However, Minato's sheer speed is still significant enough to overwhelm Kisame, he can still redirect all of Kisame's attacks, and FTG Lvl 2/3 is enough to confuse and distress Kisame long enough to bam-flash him. Minato still wins.

Konan loses simply because Gamabunta's Oil or Shiki Fujin defeats her.

Orochimaru will be a handful, but Minato's nimble enough to evade Orochimaru's attacks and subdue him with Shiki Fujin. Minato would also handle KN4 Naruto better than Orochimaru did.
