No, just no. There's no way Pain can compete with Naruto and Sasuke.
You people are just underestimating him. He was nerfed incredibly hard during his fight against Naruto, not only that but they also had intel on his abilities.
Pein getting killed by one normal Rasengan was pretty bullsh!t to be honest. That animal path Pain got hit in the face by Jiraiya's frog kumite kick and kept fighting after that. Yeah he was blinded, but his head should have shattered after the impact.
So their durability isn't at all low. Speed and reaction timing might be a factor here, but their shared vision makes up for any blind spots and incoming attacks. If Deidara can react to Sasuke's "godly" speed, then I am sure Pain can, not because it's logical but because he needs to be. Otherwise Itachi would have wiped the floor with him.
Assuming he had no intel on the Rinnegan's advantages therefore he wouldn't risk it, seems unlikely to me, since he didn't hold back when he fought Nagato along side with Naruto and Killerbee.
Everything else Naruto throws at him gets absorbed or blown away. TSB will likely assure Naruto an relatively easy victory if he had them. Not going to argue whether he still has them or not, but without them, it would be a hard fought victory in favor of Naruto, same with Sasuke.
I am not saying that they wouldn't beat him individually, but it still wouldn't be easy.
