Naruto relies almost completely on the Tailed Beasts, and it's fact that it's not Naruto's power when, as stated by Momoshiki, he couldn't pass it down to Bolt. Sasuke, on the other hand, while he may have used others' powers at times like Orochimaru's Curse Seal or the Tailed Beast, ultimately, the majority of his powers are his own.

Use your gif as an example. Naruto clearly isn't trying to run full speed. He's not running the usual ninja way like Sasuke is doing. Fact is, Sasuke is probably going as fast as he can, meanwhile Naruto is running a certain way just to allow Sasuke to keep up. Funny thing is, that Naruto isn't even using his strongest form.

Naruto and his children were born with the whisker face marks. Naruto with three on each side, and Boruto and Himawari with two on each of their sides. The marks have nothing to do with Naruto's status as a Jinchuriki. Rather, they are more likely because Naruto's mother was the Nine-Tails' Jinchuriki before him. Kushina explained that the energies of the seal go instead to the development of the fetus when a female Jinchuriki is pregnant. This causes the seal to weak during the pregnancy and directly after. The whiskers on Boruto's face is proof that a little bijuu chakra was passed down, same thing happened to Naruto hence why he was so compatible with bijuu chakra

I'm of the belief that Kurama and Itachi were requisites for Naruto and Sasuke to achieve the full power of their bloodline (Ashura and Indra), but Naruto's chakra is not fused with Kurama's. Kurama is literally a separate entity that supplements Naruto's abilities at Naruto's demand while Itachi's chakra was explicitly stated to have fused with Sasuke's chakra to the point where he manifested an entirely different Dojutsu.

During the VoTE2 fight, we know their chakras aren't fused when Naruto was shown depending on his own chakra until Sasuke used Amaterasu and Enton Kagutsuchi.

Not gonna lie though, the fact that Kurama and Naruto's chakra were mixing from day one, must have changed his overall chakra potency.

It would be a shame if they give him those powers but forget this point.
