Sasuke gets destroyed in S1 and S2, especially S2. Killer B felt the need to use his Bijuu powers against Kisame so it's safe to say that B in Base can't defeat Kisame, and if B in Base can't beat Kisame or deal any serious damage then Sasuke won't be able to either. Chakra based attacks are absorbed if they get close to Samehada, so is Chidori Katana. Samehada can heal him from injuries that aren't insta kills and that doesn't talk about GSB, 1000 Feeding Sharks along with all of the other disadvantages Sasuke has.

Water Dome is a shit stomp. Oro increases the difficulty but Kisame would win that in the end.

EDIT: Hmm, that edit. Depending on what exactly "somewhat prepped" means then Sasuke might be able to take all 3 scenarios since Kisame can't evade or survive something that can obliterate Susanoo.

Unless Sasuke doesn't venture into the water he is fine. If he gets off Kirin, Kisame is dead, which is why I think he wins all 3.

Sasuke's only chance would be if the distance was 5-10m, so he would've had the opportunity to intercept Kisame with sheer speed or shuriken-ninjutsu, but that simply isn't possible given the distance and Kisame's large Suiton given the location. Sasuke could possibly defend himself with Snake Summons before being overwhelmed by Kisame. Even if Sasuke gets close, Kisame could likely escape underwater anyways.

Sasuke likely wins Scenario 3 given that Orocimaru is evidently superior to Kisame.

Boss Summons aren't depicted to be as incredible as they were in Part 1. Manda would never solo any of the Akatsuki except for Hidan.

So yeah, Kisame literally mutilates Manda.
