I hope so, first of all this would give time for the manga to get farther so there doesn't need to be a huge pointless filler segment and also it will let people who never bothered to watch the movie get filled in on what they missed. The manga is also a better written story and actually gives Momoshiki a personality. It would be a shame to pass up on this chance to animate the superior version of the Momoshiki arc.
Will Boruto anime cover the manga version of Boruto movie with new Momoshiki design?

If the anime starts in February how will it have enough manga content to stay behind the MONTHLY manga? They need to stall time and I'd rather they do that by adapting the revised version of Momoshiki arc and possibly Naruto Gaiden instead of making up some shitty fillers about Boruto and Sarada capturing pandas and shit.
Also there will be people who haven't bothered to search out the movie and will miss out on Boruto's character development and the new lore about the Shinju as explained by Momoshiki. It's clearly going to tie in with Mitsuki's powers and the tree tattoos.
