Which characters movesets are entirely made from filler?

I know that Ten-Ten,Iruka,Anko,and Mizuki have this to thank fillers for. But do any of you guys know anymore? An yes you could use video games as examples in this as well if you want to that is.

Ino? In the storm games she almost exclusively uses these flower moves. Her only move involving mind control is her strom 2 grab and team ultimate jutsu. It's a similar story in other cc2 Naruto games.
