What if a fresh RSM Naruto did this to Sasuke? Would his pop off? Would he go flying into the clouds? Would he send him to the moon to tell Hamura hi?

That would be the case if he actually absorbed the chakra from the tailed beasts to his own chakra flow. But that was not the case. He used susano'o as a chakra vessel, so no.

Definitely. I really like Sasuke and I wouldn't want him to end up paralyzed with a broken neck in a wheelchair like Gai. Or even worse I wouldn't want him to end up like Hidan with his head disconnected from his body.

Sasuke was also exhausted and contrary to ehat you are saying he didnt have access to the Juubi/Bijuus Chakra at this point as he had exhausted both his Sharingan and Rinnegan. Naruto had someone there giving him tips on stategies, and giving him extra Chakra (Kurama) as well as Sage Chakra; whereas Sasuke proved he could control and merge the Chakra of the 9 Tailed Beasts himself and pointed out by Kurama as being able to do it just as well as the Sage of the Six Paths.

Naruto has a stronger punch than Sasuke. In the same way that Sukura has a stronger punch than naruto.
